Hello! Today's video is for all my lacrosse people out there! It's lacrosse lateral change of direction drills and a lacrosse strength training program! I give lateral change of direction drills and plyometrics to increase lateral change of direction ability and to work on getting a faster first step after changing directions. The lacrosse strength training program is about building explosive strength, and it includes some french contrast training, isometrics, medballs, and other explosive strength exercises.
