I think for her and for most women, it depends on when there is a strong connection with the guy. Some couples need more time than others. If you go on dates regularly and talk on the regular, the sooner sex will be on the table. But yeah, I don't blame her for waiting to have sex even if she's not a virgin, because for some men, they just want to hook up and not have a relationship. Smash and pass. Another thing to note is that It's nice when the guy pays for the first meal (not a requirement because it depends on who asked who out) but after that it should be split the bill.
