LADY GAGA '911' Aussie Metal Heads Reaction 

The song is about Gaga's mental state and she has to take 911 pill (Olanzapine), an anti-psychotic drug, to control her brain. In the music video, she loses her consciousness because she doesn't have her pills and, while unconscious, has a dream built around the accident and the people and scenes in it. Did she try to kill herself by not taking her pills and driving in traffic? She expresses remorse for what happened and for putting other people into harm's way (Did anybody die?). The LG sign is a clever advert but also ties into the storyline of the MV as Gaga realizes that she doesn't want to die because life is still good.

Lady gaga's character is suffering in mental health condition (psychosis) which her depression can successfully control her mind. 911 means the antipsychotic pill that she take, the pill is her lifeline since she experience the ill , those drug is the thing she need to pop whenever the ill is active, (pop a 911=drink the pill) to avoid controling her mind. In the story line of the MV, she didn't take her pill (ly: Keep my dolls to my diamond boxes= Dolls represent the pill which she refuse to take) so she start hearing some voices telling her to do such a thing. (ly: i have enough hearing these voices) and (ly: almost like i have no choices) and entering in a traffic is the thing those voices telling her what to do, the accident. She is the reason of the tragic that why when she got revive, she is so concern if everyone dies and she said "sorry" also in last portion of the mv, it just like everyone is agree to kill her, and at the beginning when lady gaga arrives to that place, they gave lady gaga a blaming look. And everything happened in mv, it is just a last hallucination before she die, everything she saw before she collapse will be part of that hallucination. the desert, she saw it in the screen in shop before the accident, the black horse and the man, everyone around her, the bracelet represent the blood on her foot, when she is flying and the guy are trying to pull her down is oppose of reviving her. There is a lot of meaning in the mv. Its her true life experience. and in she condition, her hurt a lot of people in the past. Just like we saw in MV, there is a lot of people who is injured, died suffering because of her. Just because she did not take her medicine. This song is for those people who refuse to take their medication. Lady gaga show in the music video what are the possible consequences if you refuse to pop your medicine. And emphasis the lyrics what are the good thing of popping your 911

Gaga is showing you an impression of how someone (or herself) disassociates herself from a trauma or traumatic state. Everything in the dream sequence is a translation of what's really happening to her at the moment. And because she's Gaga it looks fucking fabulous. "...keep my dolls in shiny boxes..." that part of the song is about the medication she takes to deal with her depression or mental illness.

The biggest thing about this video is the wreck drugs took her on. She was lost in those moments and THEN it made sense after. Everything is spelled out in the very fast paced colored pictures within the video. Pop a 911 means I'm taking another pill now because I cant do this life and it messed her up for awhile. It's very brave to share something that deep and personal. I applaud her always. And yes she is great at singing. Good job guys!!

You guys missed everything. The music video is explained at the end of it. Gaga was hallucinating! Remember when the paramedic asked "are you under medications?" Gaga said "I didn't have my pills (911 anti-psychotic)" Gaga was in her bike and caused the accident herself, that's what the video is about. The music video is about how someone dealing with mental health can interconnect reality and dreams to form something that is not real. Gaga at the end asked the paramedics "anybody died?" because she knew it was her fault. She was dying and that's when the paramedic brings her back to life (the paramedic pulling down the rope). Also, the horse, the guy banging his head, he was the guy in the car, Remember the man and the woman that were with her all the time in the video, they were the paramedics. This video is pure art.

She takes a anti-psychotic to calm her mind and to help with her fibromyalgia pain. After her hip replacement she became dependent on opioid pain killers and with fibromyalgia being a lifetime neurological muscular pain condition it would mean her addiction starting up again with the possibility of other addiction. That's why she she says I can't have pain medication in the accident part of the video. I admire her so much, I live with fibromyalgia and the option I have been given is opioid medication, I take one tablet to help my bowel bypass the opioid effect and its hidden affect is it reduces my addiction not much but some. Lady Gaga to deal with it without pain meds is bad ass.

Since you guys like rock/metal music I definitely recommend Skillet and Pentakill. Skillet is a Rock/Christian band but honestly when I first heard them I didn’t know they were a Christian/Rock band by how hard there songs were lol definitely recommend “Feel Invincible,” and “Monster.” Pentakill is this band created by a gaming company named Riot that made League of Legends. They created Pentakill by using characters in their game and make these amazing cinematic and they’re very Rock/Metal.
