In this video, I'll be hiking Old Man of Coniston in the English Lake District during a heatwave. Watching the footage back, especially once we get to the Coppermines, I do wonder what was I thinking?!
I complete the hike the long way via Brown Pike, Buck Pike, Blind Tarn Crags, Dow Crag and Brim fell affording me views of Scafell Pike, Seathwaite Tarn and Coniston Water, among many other spots. This was a circular hike and I returned via the Coppermines Valley.
There are many Lake District walks and I hope to return to create more videos soon.
