Lake Las Vegas is located on the east side of Henderson, and is a master-planned community. It has an area where you would feel you were in Italy, and you may enjoy a great meal at the restaurant here. The beautiful lake view attracts many to enjoy water sports or entertainment activities during the summer times. Although the prices of the lake front houses are quite high, a small distance from the lake some not-so-expensive options are still available. This video shows you all single-story homes in a newly built community. The builder provides four floor plans, and the approximate living space ranges from 1,720 sqft to 2,150 sqft, with 3 to 4 bedroom and two-car garage. The builder says the size of each homesite is bigger than normally seen.
