Lamb Shoulder Chops Recipe - My Daughter Is The Chef Today | Cooking With Liz 

In all my cooking, I’ve never made my own lamb chops and I love lamb. Lamb and bison are my favorites out of all the other game type meats. Seems using a cast iron skillet and butter are key to perfect browning. 😛
