Necessary products for the preparation of lamb with rice:
For cooking the meat:
- 900 g lamb (with bones)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1.5 liters of water (maybe more, it should cover the meat during cooking)
For rice:
- 250 g of rice
- 100 ml of cooling oil
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. mint
- 900 ml of the broth (where the meat was cooked)
