Stealing rebounds from ur teammates isnt a bad thing. Keeps u on your toes all the time and make u always try ur best for rebound be it whether ur teammates or opponents are fighting for it
Unrelated but, can ball handling be used as conditioning? If so, what would that look like? I’d rather get conditioned from actual gameplay but, that’s not possible rn
Simply doing moves at game speed would improve both. Anything can be used as conditioning if you do it at a good enough speed and with little rest between reps.
ball handling/defense is the most conditioning in every practice session I've had. If it's not, its because you're not low enough and not pounding hard enough. Of course, you want to get in as many consecutive combos in, but if you pound hard and lose it, that means that's your current limit and you can improve.
