I've got more Matchbox Sneaks! And it's just a taste of what will drop in July at the Matchbox Gathering. Let me know the model you are most excited about.
That Prius looks pretty spot on to me. The fact that matchbox learned from their mistakes and started doing doors not only also in metal but in the same color tone, as well as door gaps not being ridiculously big is a win for me. And I totally agree, matchbox is not meant to drop the sporty cars all the time, that's what hot wheels is for. Matchbox should have a more solid line with road cars, not crazy stuff. I love that Prius and I'll definitely grab one if I have the chance.
The Prius is the perfect kind of vehicle for people that celebrate a certain bit of pride for this month (June). However, as for the rest of us with functioning brains, we prefer vehicles with powerful engines.
@@paxhumana2015 if you actually have 2 brain cells working, you'd be able to note that my comment was about the quality of the product, not the car itself.
Matchbox is in such a good place right now. The choice of models is always interesting and the execution is mostly perfect for mainline releases. I am glad they keep producing the Moving Parts and Collectors lines, although those are kinda hit or miss. But never a dull moment with the mainline assortments.,
The Buick is solid, and the paneling on the side was well printed. Those 92 Roadmaster Wagons have a 5.7 V8 engine, the same engine in C4 corvettes, so compared to the other 90s wagons this one stands out.
The resurgence of American cars in Hotwheels/Matchbox's respective lineups make me so happy as an American car lover. I cannot wait to get the '95 Chevy pick up, the Buick Roadmaster wagon, along with the Nissan Pathfinder and the Land Rover Forward Control!
Amazing sneak peeks for #MatchboxMonday! This is why I prefer Matchbox for their exqiuisite detail on some of their cars! Can't wait for those upcoming models to be released!
The 65 camper, and the Unimog for me.. the moving parts Chevy looks sweet as well.. I've come to develop a love for Matchbox, that's quite different from my affair with Hotwheels
Nice upcoming models. Love it or hate it the prius is a part of automotive history. However, the early chevy pickup and the buick wagon are great. The Land Rover camper is a surprise. Another nice odd ball vehicle that is a classic matchbox.
'85 Nissan Pathfinder, '61 Chevy Corvair Ramside, '92 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon all look really nice. Even the new Prius looks good. There's a bit too much plastic on the '65 Land Rover Series II Camper, but still it's a very nicely done model. A very cool assortment of new castings from Matchbox, i'll be on the lookout for all of these. Thanks for the Sneak Peaks Lamley!
I would like for there to be a variant of the 1992 Buick Roadmaster that did not have the sunroof, and for it to be retooled in that area, as well as in the rest of the vehicle, to be turned into a police wagon version of the Chevrolet Caprice Estate of that time period.
9:43, I would honestly love to get a 1992 Buick Roadmaster Estate, or a 1990-1998 Chevrolet Caprice Estate, shoehorn a massive LS engine under the hood, and make people be legitimately scared of the power that is under the hood. Sure, the 1994-1996 Chevrolet Impala SS from that period was nice, but a modern LS power plant under the hood of one of those station wagons/estate cars would immediately turn one of them into a shooting brake. People would be like, "Ha, ha, you're driving an ancient grandma car", and then they would hear that LS engine going, and then I would say, "So, it's a grandma car, right? Do you still stand by your statement"? The amount of people that would want to challenge me on the road would be few, if any.
I'm waiting for the C1500 pickup (95 Chevy, the Roadmaster Estate Wagon, and the Corvair Rampside pickup. Yes the corvair is missing the taillights tampos, but a few minutes with a silver and red sharpie pens, or some model car paint, and a steady hand will fix that.
It's a Chevy Corvair Pickup, it Rivaled the Ford Econoline Van, both came out in 1961, but it was the Short Lived Econoline Pickup Ford 86'd it around 64 or 65? Chevy Corvair Wagon & Van Came out also in 61 & it was Discontinued around 64 & a New Version of a Chevy Van came out for 64 or 65. & in which you have in your Collection, the 66 Dodge 1600 Pickup, along with me, but it Lasted only a Couple of Model Years.
The Chevrolet C-1500 trucks remind me of my teenage years when I did clean up duty for a summer job at a national military park. We used to ride around the park in those things, but are they the ones with the big headlights up front, or the revised versions that had the wider headlights and signal lights, in the front of the truck with this toy truck?
Where u placed a Divider insert on the Two SPACE sections on both sides Is what ever you placed there is at Now Permanently attached or cam you Remove it == it's the spot for extra long and a medium or Shorty
@@goratgo1970 in July 2022 Gsthering reveals the matchbox did say they were going to bring a Manta A advertised the fact by showing a real one driving ..but instead they changed their mind and brought out the Opel Kadett GTE instead I too am still hopeful for Opel Manta now that Matchbox shares the Opel licence with Majorette in small scale!🙄
Since they are ( hotwheels & matchbox ) under the same roof ( mattel ) is it possible that it is their plans move all licensed toys to matchbox? And hotwheels just focused on another field? Cause for myself i knew matchbox model just updated for the last five years.
Where can I buy any of these? I have dug up the whole internet I have access to... I am interested in the new Prius (with not giving a single damn about some comments of some... challenged.)...
