Lamley Tomica Limited Vintage Update: New Lambo, Ferrari, 787b & I drop another expensive model! 

I only watch videos like this, TLV , Mini GT, Tarmac works, Autoworld. So thank you for keeping us informed!

As much as I love my HW and Matchbox cars - especially the premium lines, I totally get you on displaying TLV, Mini GT cars and other true 1-64 scale cars. Their attention to detail is beyond. And they don’t disturb the decor of your living room in the same way HW or MBX or other toy cars do. Especially if they are in a glass cabinet or in a small 1-64 diorama. Man I love that Toyota Corolla wagon in silver

The TLV bus series are highly collectable in Japan. i believe that Tokyu Bus featured in this video will rise in value more than any other item in this video. The lv-n139a, lv-n139g and lv-n155a sell for big money domestically with the kokusai kogyo bus selling for over £200 at auction consistently even reaching £300 for unopened sealed ones.

Well, I don't have deep enough pockets to go down the Limited Vintage path...however as a Mazda guy, I had to get that 787B. Just ordered one.

They say theyre "boring" cause they can't afford them. Im personally a Ferrari and Lamborghini collector. I have a few limited vintage thanks to family that lives in Japan so I get them pretty cheap per say. Please do a video of your complete lambo and Ferrari sets!!!

The differences that I see in the #55 787's are shorter front wiper, additional livery front and rear, livery font size change and placement in the front, and white opacity change in the 55 squares

There is also a small logo on the hood of the new one, above the word “charge”. Love these videos 👍🏼👍🏼

I agree that collectors should have one of those buses in their collection to have extra fun. I'd love to own one one day.

I like watching it all. I’m a hot wheels collector but I like seeing a wide variety of different things.

The new 787b from TLV is a "museum" or preservation spec as they call it. Its the same car that won the 1991 Le Mans, the only difference is there are extra decals on the car that they added, the 788 you pointed out but also one on the rear right quarter panel and front right of the car which vaguely looks like a japan flag with some words written on it. Not sure if there are any more that i can see.

The Tomica are incredible.

So get this. Apparently, it was Valentino "The Doc" Rossi who drove this "preservation specification" 787B in Goodwood 2015

I get what you're saying, but my personal 'Museum' so far is Mini GT. But noone can deny the 'museum' quality of these TLV models, especialy when it comes to japanese car culture. The cream-white Ferrari BB 512i, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV and V and the 25th Anniversary Countach (with proper closing doors this time) are my most favorites. But i also appreciate the amazing quality of the Hino Blue Ribbon Bus and the Mazda 787B as well. And i'd snag all of these given the chance! Thanks for the presentation.

TLV 787b is a total classic but calsonic and STP R32 are top on my list. I hope they release more JTCC racing liveries

I like TLV cars, i don't have any, because hard to get and expensive in Europe. And i like "boring" normal cars. Basic Tomicas are great too.

The Countaj doors are a hit or miss folks careful buying the door won’t even close all the way, But man that Mazda is very nice but tomica is expensive

When cars take part in the Goodwood Festival of speed they are given an identification sticker, that is the silver 788 sticker.

the spoiler of the first appearance looks higher position than the newer version.

i'm a pretty big fan of TLV, have hundreds of these things lol. i find with TLV the more oridnary releases like the Nissan Be-1 are the some of the most impressively detailed cars. however i find Tomytec could improved on the engines or the exhaust details, but other than that just small minor details. the Honda TN-V is great especially the Japan post version @Lamley Group, seems like your Lamborghini door is a bit dodgy on the right side.

There’s another detail behind the 55 number on the side…

the Testarosa was actually a huge fail from a driving perspective. the v12 was placed on top of the gear box so thw center of gravity sucked. That 512 boxer was a much better car.

How much would a TLV 787b Mazda cost?
