Lamzu's customer service is goated. Had an defect with my energon that caused spin outs and even after the return period they sent me a new pad.

Thats an interesting observation, the hump on other ergos makes your hand tilt and it doesnt do that on the thorn. Does this make the Thorn "less ergo"?! I'm not sure if I'll get the Thorn but I've been waiting for it for ages 😂

i gave away my outset so i couldnt really 1 to 1 test it. but the outset made you have more of a tilt grip which i couldnt get used to and felt shorter
