Telling you man, if you’re about the depressing topics, Ultraviolence is for you.

I literally love your analysis. Lana is a very versatile artist: she goes from pop to hip hop (Born To Die) to rock (Ultraviolence) to cinematic soundtrack style music (Honeymoon).

Same guy from Born to Die and he kills her at the end too. But Lana is a willing victim. Because she's so in love that she's willing to let him drag her into darkness (she talks about that in the song Million Dollar Man and Dark Paradise). In Summertime Sadness she kills herself. And in the video for Shades of Blue (from the Ultraviolence album) she's already dead and she haunts him when he's old. Don't worry these are not spoilers, you'll see this right away. Lana is something like I've never seen before. I like your tattooed hands by the way.

Anyway I think you should check her albums in order: Born to Die (deluxe version), Paradise (iTunes version), Ultraviolence (Japanese Deluxe version)version), Honeymoon, Lust for Life and on the 30th it comes out her new album, Norman Fucking Rocwell! Deluxe versions are amazing, because there are tracks that no one talks about but are just beautiful

Lana's sound is unique and different from album do album, experimenting with hip hop, pop, rock and kinda of a cinematic music as well. But I would say she's an indie pop artist, actually an indie pop QUEEN!

If you're looking for deep lyrics with great instrumentations that carry the vibe I definitely recommend the ULTRAVIOLENCE album :)

Steven! You better read this!!! React to National Anthem mv and also Ride. National Anthem is related to JF Kennedy, Jacqueline Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe. Ride has some monologue parts that she wrote by herself. She says "I was a singer, not very popular one" which is true. Lana has went through different stage names in the past. Also, watch Tropico short film! Its one of the best work of Lana in terms of music videos. Award worthy. About album reaction, Lana has five albums... react to them in order. Born To Die Deluxe, Paradise, Ultraviolence, Honeymoon and Lust For Life. There is Born To Die Paradise edition but it'll be damn long. So, its better if you react separately.
