Hi RU-vid friends - SB Nation is doing an audience survey so we can learn what y'all want more of from us, video and otherwise. If you have 10 minutes or so, please head here - www.surveymonkey.com/r/8XJCJPM - and fill it out. Thanks and where's Jon???
@COLLIN THOMPSON I was just going to say that. Oladipo wasnt consistent enough but he did hit that driving layup that would have put us by two. We blew them out Game 6. That was a very fun playoffs. We were expected to be terrible after trading Paul George
Please do Michael Jordan vs Isiah Thomas Shaquille O’Neal vs Kobe Bryant Ray Allen vs Rajon Rondo Latrell Sprewell vs PJ Carlisemo Kevin Garnett vs Stephon Marbury George Karl vs Every best player he had coached
Kobe was the same way with Ron Artest and Matt Barnes. They tried to get under his skin but there was a form of a respect from Kobe for having the balls to even try.
He is very underrated. He has all the skills and was on fire when he was in Indiana. He was actually one of the reasons I used to watch the Pacers, sometimes just for his antics alone.
You just contradicted himself. He's not underrated because he's inconsistent. What good would LeBron James be if he only played like LeBron James once every 5 games
Samuel Gonzalez From my memory Kobe also pushed hard for them to get Raja Bell who he had some issues with. I think Kobe like players with that dog in em. Maybe Lebron thinks he needs some of that to combat the Warriors.
@@KimarKurosaski Speaking of, why hasn't there been a beef history on Kobe and Bell? There were some flagrant fouls. Been asking for that for awhile now...
Jordan and Pippen kind of did that with Rodman. No love lost with those Pistons matchup but they agreed when Phil approached them about getting him. And Kobe didn’t really request Ron, Ron offered his services lol
Idk why I think Maginka's plan is bringing in tough teammates to handle, to give the young guys some character. They're all good players that any team would want, but I'm sure there's some ulterior motive.
@@jeremybrown9611 Yes you are definitely right but I was talking more about his defense than his trash talk that got into LeBron's head like in the 2014 Finals
Idc if it was covered in a 30 for 30. It would make a better video than this, or even worse. That God awful obj and josh norman video I'm still trying to get over how bad that video was
He sure did! But I always thought Marbury and Telfair were better pro prospects than Lance. Crazy how Telfair tore it up at Lincoln but not so much in the pros. He just couldn't adjust his game enough.
@Erik Lerström Yeah he had a notorious upbringing I remember. But after his first stint in Indiana stopped, it all eventually went away. He seems to be doing much better now and staying out of trouble.
@Chef Bhatta Chicken Curry There was a case in which LeBron and Dwayne Wade (both playing for the Heat at the time) were on the kiss cam and they had their heads held down the entire time 😂😂
For goodness sake please hit a jazz fan up with a rewind on Stocktons buzzer beater that sent the Jazz to the finals cmon:) everyone loves seein a mad charles Barkley too lol
My first year of high school was lebron's senior year and i remember vividly the insane amount of hype this guy got from day 1 of stepping on a nba court it really cannot be understated the massive expectations that the media and fans placed on LBJ from the beginning. not many people could have stayed steady, let alone thrive in a situation like that. You have to give lebron a ton of credit and respect
I loved this time period. The Pacers & Heat rivalry aka “Beat the Heat” I’m a Pacers fan and it was pretty exciting. Lance put the cherry on top. We knew we were gonna lose but didn’t matter cause it was entertaining
Ty sir. You're the first one to bring up Hitman ever!!!! Once Stephenson disrespected Howard it was on. you didn't show it it's when Howard went to talk to him during practice in the gym
LeBron is my favourite player but I kinda respected Lance for all of this. So many times, specialy in the playoffs, players would show almost to mush respect to LeBron to the point where they played worse. Lance wasn't like that. He had some of his best games against LeBron and tried all the tactis he could to slow LBJ down. More players should be like that. Don't be dirty but try everything and anything when you are playing the best of the best. Don't get scared like others !
I love lance Stephenson. A guy like this has so much effect. Play hard and get in their head. That’s lance and i love it. He’s not a star and probably never will be but he knows that this is how he has an effect on the court. And i think that is great. I’m from Indiana and i hope he comes back here.
