I remember going there years ago. I am shocked at the number of people who don't air down in the soft stuff. I always aired down, heck I could run from Sabine Pass down to Port Bolivar without issue just airing down in a heavy Ford Expedition on 33x12.5s.
Ok, I’m a new subscriber and will probably comment on several vids. But I saw at least two 4 wheel drive vehicles get pulled out in this one. Are there that many people down there with faulty 4x4 systems? Or did they really get stuck?
If it's an older ford there is a 50% chance the 4wd doesn't work. Bluetooth driveshafts, don't know how the 4wd works, just stuck, started out in 2wd and then couldn't get out in 4wd. I've seen it all over the years. Lots of people out there.
Appreciate it. If you have the right vehicle you will learn the limits of what you can do. Too much power and your reaction time goes down. Too little power and you won't be able to power through the tough spots.
@Land_Raver I thought you were by San Luis Pass in a couple videos I'm from Mo. City by way of Fresno U right round da corner from me 😅😅 Pretty cool I've come close to getting stuck out on our beaches b4 2 & I've always only had 2WD but I don't venture off either But that old Range to the rescue 🫨🫡what's the drive train in it??
