Hi, I have replaced the near side rear bearing, to say the least, it was a nightmare, this being down to not having the special tool that Land rover garages have ...have watched your video (excellent, one might add), you motioned you do not have the Land rover jig either, The part where you pulling the hub out of the bearing with the axle yoke still attached is not clear! ...can one ask what jig you have used, perhaps a better picture of this would be great ...no doubt, there will be other's over here in the UK that would seriously benefit from this, so, any chance of more detail? ...again, thank you for sharing your method of removal ...Regards Norm's
ksasbr107 the hardest part of this job is pressing out and in of the respective bearing and reassembling the park brake, if your not in a hurry, it's not very hard.
Jon C Thanks! I tried it with my 10 ton press, with the same puller tool you used for the collar, and it all worked out fine. It was close, but it worked. Thanks for this great video!
dude. around 7:40, not once is there video shown to take out the ring that covers that cable and not to mention the audio is barely hearable. don't upload videos that have no help or steps to fix something like this.
