Even If I did like you and works still good, Universal joint has issues at the rear. Do you know If it is possible to replace universal joint for LR3 ?

Iv'e just had mine done but went the easier way round it (got the garage to do it lol) its a bit more expensive but i had a whole new GKN prop put on her .

Where did you get the part i have the same problem

Having issues with replacing the shaft to the velocity joint its gone stiff and joint doesn't swivel, will this ease up once its on , swivelling fine before.

@ 6:28 before starting the bearing pull the puller wasn't set up straight, one side was clearly longer than the other. No wonder the puller failed. But generally, you nearly always benefit from using heat to remove a bearing or sleave. Even a 2000 Watt heatgun can be a big help.

Don't do it. Replace the whole prop shaft.
