Thanks guys. I was fiddling with an intermittent lamp fault on the rear right. Decided to compare with the left then suddenly neither were working. Your reset advice worked a treat.
Hi I'm having issues with the led number plate lights sometimes they don't come on with the tail lights starting the car but when it's turned off they come back on any ideas please.
This didn't work for me BUT I completely disconnected the battery for 10 mins and then it did! I'd had a tail light out, and replaced the bulb and tested the cluster by plugging it in the other side. There was a small voltage on the faulty side so the wiring eas obviously intact, so it could only have been the ECU. As I say, only a total power down fixed it. Of course you then need to reset the one touch windows and maybe the sunroof, and reset your all-doors unlock setting on the keyfob (if you use that mode) but it's a damn site less trouble than getting ripped off at the licenced robbers they call a main dealer....
I have a problem since my battery went flat and the Auto lights no longer work (the lights are on all the time) so I tried this tip but it made no difference. Any ideas?
Im having an issue with no break light on my range sport 2006, i fitted a new spoiler an rear 3rd break light. Now i have no break lights and a "transmissiin fail" warning on my dash. Any ideas guys, cheers Mitch
Hi - there have been some weird problems reported when bulbs fail - so check all your bulbs - it wont take long to pull them out and check them all. Also could be the brake pedal switch ?
Yes we do sell several rear lights for the Freelander 2 www.powerfuluk.com/catalogsearch/result?q=freelander+led+rear+lights You can add them to your basket and request shipping quote i believe...let me know if this does not work.
Hi Guys, After replacing a blown front indicator bulb the front LED Driving lights don't work. I have tried doing what you suggest here but to no avail, Have you any other suggestions please?
