That’s pretty cool finding that some guy, 100 years ago, working with the ‘primitive’ equipment he had to work with, was able to get respectable tolerances, even by todays standards, with our new ‘space age’ equipment.
@@SteelheadJEDiIn most cases, this is the assignment of a cadastral number to the land plot and the removal of boundaries in nature (not sure what was translated correctly). I want to start making topographic plans, but I don't have a total station yet. We mainly use RTK GNSS, it is faster and accurate, so i can work on object alone like you
@@SubwayDawg 👍 Have you ever messed with drone lidar for topography? About 10-15 years ago I did lots of topo jobs and it would have been really cool to use the new lidar technology👍
Working solo you have to pick your tools carefully and trekking into the woods the shovel is usually left behind. I can usually dig fairly well using a 60D traverse nail.
