Hahaha... Lmao. " Everything on this truck is broken buddy, but it keeps going for some reason." we all have our excuses to keep our 80's. Luv it. Thanks for the video mate.
thanks for the video, I'm a bit confused though. i saw another video and he had to take the timing belt off to get to the water pump but you didn't have to. How come?
There is no timing belt on a Land Cruiser. It had a timing chain, which is under the timing cover. At 5:20 in the video, it shows me taking the fan belts off. I hope that helps.
@@jeepingneatus Hi thanks for super quick response! @06;10 it shows the removal of timing belt to get to the water pump. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-THBTiNZnVQk.html
I dont recall. I did this job several years ago. I used to have a factory service manual and all the torque specs are in there. I belive you can download one online. That being said....it is a waterpump; you could probably go by feel. Don't strip them out :)
This is good. If you want to try to grow faster, put tags on your videos. You'll find this while uploading the video. Anyways good video and hope to see you grow you deserve more views and subs. Respect
Hey nice video really helpful, but i did the job (thermostat, thermostat-gasket, water pump with gasket too) but now my 94 land cruiser is making a weird noise really loud like if a belt was slipping but it sounds more where the waterpump-thermostat area is, and obviously and didn’t make this sound before, just after i replaced everything.
@@jeepingneatus doesn’t seem like it’s slipping, and the sound its only when the engine its cold, try to take some air out from the radiador leaving the cap open up and a lot of bubbles came out but i dont know if it’s something else
@@jeepingneatus good idea, sadly my ac compressor is out :(, i drove it for around 15min and seem fine, i start it up and let it ran for about 20-30m park to see if it will overheat but it didn’t, and the noise goes away when its hot.
