This Stevie Nicks song has been on my list of possible covers from the beginning, and it’s probably the most suggested song I’ve received since I started performing. I’ve been hesitant- even half-jokingly telling someone recently that I was afraid of it. They responded, “Well, then you should do that one-the one that scares you.”
It took a little while to get the feeling right. The deep connection I once had to this song had changed, and I had to rediscover what it meant to me now. I didn’t realize it at first, but as soon as the lyrics came at me from a different angle, everything seemed to fall into place-at least for me, now :)
