They fell off bad this year. They have the numbers but they are not the same sound wise as a band or drumline. And the drum majors squad need to get rid of the chubby dude and let the girl lead with the other guy. The girl be getting down, she should have been head DM.
CCC definitely aren't any slouches. Lane seems to have had a bit shaven off the top. Still good and the guys are very talented. But this wasn't the blowout we've become accustomed to.
Triple C Is MERKIN Bloody Rain!!! They Quads is something SERIOUS Bruh! But shout out to the sista Earthquakin on the Bass Drum!!! Good job to both HBCU's But I have to give this one to Triple C!!! Bloody Rain came with some heat when they battled us (JSU) eventhough they took that L, but here it was all Triple C! Come On Bloody Rain I want yall to get a W!!!! Real Talk!
Probably in the minority here but i don’t wanna hear call outs and sectionals during a battle it should be cadences and showcases only. Save them sectionals and call outs for the stands/game.
@@KillaKevProd I'm an old head KKP, and the art of percussions is my interest. When it's all loud doubles and triples strokes with very little dynamic groove intrigue, it turns into a bunch of guys doing way too much. Percussion Section Priorities ARE- 1. Move the band. 2. Do it with rudimental intricacy and artistic flare. 3. Engage and move the crowd. IJS...DAMN!!!
I gotta give this to Lane based on the video. They look more uniformed and solid. Snare wise, CCC short snare player looked iffy and I see sloppy left hands on that side. Lane quints took a L but CCC quints were dirty too but I’m not sleeping on them. Overall I’m feeling both lines especially with the creative stick flashes and moves
Bloody Rain fell off this year. Not the same drumline that was smashing SIAC, SWAC, MEAC drumlines weekly the past 2 to 3 years. I hope they recoup for next season.
Tennors got overpowered but CCC line as a whole was sloppy. Lane just played the wrong cadence's at the wrong time. First cadence and the one @11:15 was that old Lane.
