Yeah it had been a while. Thank you for checking this one has a load of info in it and attempted to keep it out of the weeds and fun. Let me know what you think. 🙌🏼🙇🏻♂️
Thank you! I’ll keep it in mind. Right now the shop is a mess with a 66 C10 Pickup restoration and a shop tour would quickly become an old truck video. My other videos cover quite a few of the tools I use and my Instagram @house.of.chop is loaded with different tools and angles of the shop. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
I love the working sound tracks. It's good you showed the mistakes and how to fix or redesign. Everyday we are learning and improving. I also like the footnotes added in text. Overall great content! I appreciate the recommendation on the table fluid. I went with Plasma Green 1050 which is the same formula as the brand you recommended. Thanks as always!
Thank you! I spend a whole lot of time dialing in the sound. That mistake was avoidable but since I made it I figured why not have some fun with it and share the solution. Really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment. 🙌🏼🙇🏻
I placed my order for the Crossfire Pro this week....won;t be delivered until April, which is good I'm right in the middle of shop remodels & upgrades. I have been doing extensive research looking for various mods & upgrades I want to do. I'll do a complete build series on mine when the time comes. Thanks for all the info & keep up the great work!
Awesome!!! That pro table is it! The value Langmuir packed into that machine is unreal. I look forward to that video when you get yours and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out 🔥👍🏼🔥
Thank you so much for doing this video. I've been watching you for years and never commented. I just want to say I like the fact that you take the time to explain stuff to us guys that aren't all tech savvy :-) I am getting my across fire Pro hopefully the end of February 1st of March. And I'm definitely going to start watching your 360 playlist video sir. Thank you so much look forward to making some videos on what I can make with mine hopefully someday :-)
It’s absolutely my pleasure! I attempt to make the video I wish I had found when I was looking for info. Thank you for following along and taking the time to leave this comment. This makes all the difference. People sharing ideas and spreading knowledge. It’s why I started HoC. Good luck with that pro table. They look awesome. Looking forward to seeing what you turn out on it. 🔥👍🏼🔥
@@HouseofChop I just want to shout out the how awesome waymire systems is!!! And the house of chop!!! I just got the $100 refund on my langemeier Crossfire Pro table... That's how awesome a company they are I ordered the table and they haven't delivered it or made it yet and do you want to head and gave me the coupon discount. Thank you sir! I cannot wait to make a bunch of videos about it once I get it get it set up. Ps... I hope I don't get langmeier in trouble with that statement. But they are an amazing company. Sorry for the Miss correct spelling name. Stupid talk to text.
@@1ton4god That’s awesome and I share your experience. The guys who own the company are top notch and really believe in the product. Repeatedly I’ve heard nothing but positive experiences from people. 🔥👍🏼🔥
Hey man just found your channel solid work and very watchable content and see you haven’t posted in 2 years thats disappointing the attitude u have and content is great
I seriously appreciate your generous words. Thank you for taking the time to leave comment. I assure you we need more people like you on here than we need people like me. It’s always good to see the majority of the people here (the viewers) take a moment to contribute their knowledge or a kind thought. What a place it would be if more followed this example. Happy New Year to you!
My pleasure! Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. If you have any further questions when you get closer to making a purchase please don’t hesitate to reach out 😉
Thank you seriously appreciated. It’s a great way to bend material if you don’t have a brake or exceed the capacity of a smaller one. As you can see I still use it even with the mag brake 🤦🏻♂️
Thank you appreciate it. That’s the Strong Hand Tools Rhino Cart. I did a video on it too. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FtWOQ3Jdpsk.html Awesome piece of equipment the top is 48x30”. Game changer for how I build things.
This is awesome content, I learned so much and really enjoy your energy! I see you haven’t posted in a couple months and definitely encourage you to do so, it’s super helpful for newbies like me!
I seriously appreciate this comment Ryan. My goal has always been to pass along the things I’ve picked up along the way. I’m delighted you found the video useful 😁

Dude. Great upgrades. I love your computer stand solution. I had looked at cutting the the stand like you had but am not 100% sure it will work for my space. The Langmuir Pro is still my best tool purchase of 2020. I liked the crossfire but the pro I love. As for the workflow. Most 2D design isn’t that difficult to learn. I still use Inkscape or Illustrator. I just can’t focus long enough to get proficient at 360. Maybe now that I’m a man of leisure I’ll make it happen. Right after I complete my 14 weeks at GTS.
That pro table just looks amazing. Should the floor space open I’m seriously going to have to consider one. I think it’s great Langmuir has the option for tighter spaces like mine and when they get the z axis on the Crossfire things will get really interesting. I’ve been following along with your welding voyage. Looks like a great curriculum. You’re going to come out if that class as a dime laying best! 🔥👍🏼🔥
@@HouseofChop I’m with you. I never thought I’d have the space, but I sacrificed and turned my shop upside down. Glad I did. I recently did a 5’ a 4’ sign for a friend. I don’t think I could have pulled it off off before. As for the class. I’m loving it and having 5 hours a day of focused time welding with immediate feedback on my shortcomings has been awesome. Just got to gas shielded flux Thurs/Friday and really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to really dig into MIG and TIG.
@House of Chop Phillip, awesome Video as usual. Always love watching your stuff. Your Mood & Personality are so Cool & upbeat. Even when you screw up. I would’ve been cussing myself and raising hell over bending that Aluminum wrong. Lol Are you going to Fabtech this Fall? I would love to meet you and chat with you about some Projects and maybe collaborating on some stuff. Thanks, your Buddy the “other” Phillip
Appreciate the generous words Phillip. I try to not get annoyed just grab the lesson and continue. I had that one mapped out right and got screwing around with instagram came back and went the wrong way with it all. Paid the penalty for getting distracted. Haven’t made a decision about Fabtech yet definitely leaning that way.
Awesome mods to ur plama table chop. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Can't wait to see what you fab And weld up next bro. Weld On. Fab On. God Bless.
Thank you Rob. The mag brake is from Baileigh Industrial. The plasma quench is great because it slows down the evaporation and the water that does evaporate leaves the quench behind. So when you get a bit low you can just add a bit more water and the mix is still at the right concentration. Appreciate you watching 🙌🏼
Awesome video ,I wish someone had made a such an informative video years ago , it would be have taken my early doubts out on jumping on CNC Plasma ,I think anyone wanting to get into CNC game would , pickup a heap of excellence pointers , Again Great video 👍👍
Thank you Mark. That is exactly what I hoped for with this video. I wanted to close the gaps that I saw when I first headed out looking for info. I’m hoping more will leave comments full of juicy info in the comment section. Thank you again for watching and taking a moment to share your thoughts. 😉
How are you doing? Did you stop making videos? As long as you haven't stopped building stuff. Just getting ready to build air dryer. One of your best videos.
Thank you! Appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment. 🙌🏼 That table is badass I’ve been super happy with it! It’s from Strong Hand Tools. They call it the Rhino Cart and man did they ever get it right. I can do you one better on the info. I actually did a video on it going over all the details. Check it out. Sorry to see you appeared to have discontinued making videos. Your energy, humor, presentation, and attention to detail was both educational and entertaining. Guess actual paying work gets in the way sometimes. Too bad, but understandable. Thanks for what you chose to share with us. Live well.
Thank you for taking a moment to leave a comment. I seriously appreciate it. With comments like this we could not only change the way things are viewed but robustly change the quality of learning in the comment section. The amount of time I spent deleting the endless stream of nastiness that only looked to stifle and prohibit the next person from wanting to try was exhausting. You say “live well” and I thank you. Likewise! Continue to spread positivity when you see it. After attempting to foster it here I can genuinely say we need more people like you then people like me
@@HouseofChopIm glad to find that someone has commented recently to tell you this. Your videos are great and you have the personality for teaching and entertaining. Im sad to see that youve only made a few videos and that the internet trolls made it difficult to make your channel into what you intended it to be. You have the potential to have a large channel and if you ever start it back up uou have a new subscriber here. Hope lifes treating you well 👍
@@crich1218Cody I seriously appreciate the generous words. Thank you! The trolls are a part of it I guess but it is unfortunate. Continue to leave the comments you want to see. Like I’ve said before the audience is way more important than the creator. The chance of any channels survival rests at the feet of the audience and how they react to the content
Another quality video Phil all the trouble shooting cleverly thought out 😉👌I'm saying nothing about the folding mishap as I've done the same thing many times 😂🤷♂️ keep up your top work my friend
@@darrellolsen1204 That one of those things I picked up along the way that just makes life easier. I’ve been trying to find a video to pass that one along. 😉
I’m confused, what’s the point of the plasma cutter if you’re not using it? Everything in the video could have been made on the table in simple sections and simply bolted together or welded. Other wise nice video and nice work.
Appreciate you watching and taking a moment to leave a comment. Honest question, what part of the project did you think would have been better served by the plasma cutter? I’m always down for learning something. Much of what I do is not in service of the project I’m doing but the one that is coming up. Many times I’ll take the long way around to get more proficient on a tool or a technique that I’ll need for something more demanding later.
Great round up my man, I’m now not looking forward to draining and cleaning my table...🤢🤢🤮 nice Q&A and agree totally with the designing digitally, takes some getting used to but the benefits far outweigh the learning curve pain!🤜🏻🤛🏻
Appreciate you tuning in Gus! It was a bit grimy on the clean out but for what give us in capability I’d still say it’s far beyond well worth it. Thank you for the awesome words! 🙌🏼🙇🏻
Great question. Absolutely needed and I will upgrade my table to have it. Material is expensive and nearly every cut that has gone off the rails when I’ve been using my table would have been fine with the Z axis in play. It’s one of those things that will cover its own cost in short order. Especially if you plan on doing small runs of things.
I am interested to see how you did your setup for making sure that you have dry air. I looked for the information but could never find it. I already have my table and dying to use it. I do like your videos and appreciate the information that you share. Thanks again
You’re absolutely welcome! Thank you for watching. Here’s the video on my dry air setup ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DPX48WuaIhw.html
Thank you! Appreciate you taking a moment to comment. The table is the Strong Hand Tools Rhino Cart. It’s a really well thought out system a game changer for the way I build things around here. I did a short video on that too if you want to see more. Here’s the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FtWOQ3Jdpsk.html
@@s3w349 Yes!!! 😂🙌🏼 It’s what I’d call a 20/20 car. 20mph and 20ft away it looks perfect. Yes, I’ll be doing all the work and it will be part of the channel, body, paint, driveline, it will all be addressed. I hope you’ll tune in!

What works better than the green big juice is RV Antifreeze solution. Has lubricating factors,no freeze, best of all non toxic. I use it in my horizontal bandsaw. And it's a boat load cheaper
@@HouseofChop Good question. Since I'm getting the crossfire in the next 30 days I'd be interested in knowing. Guess you could put the RV antifreeze in a metal coffee can and heat it up and run a flame over it to test it.
@@510BIGD Congratulations on your new table. It’s a game changer. Just an awesome tool. Your going to love it I’d be a bit careful with the antifreeze not just for it’s potential to catch fire but also the fumes it might put out. I’m not saying it won’t work or it’s definitely a bad idea but we are talking about heating it hotter than the surface of the sun. A plasma torch reaching 45k° can make some interesting things happen. You’ll see when you fire it up it’s a little cauldron of hell under that torch. Also it’s important to consider the elements you are adding. As the metal melts it will interact with the super heated liquid and all sorts of interesting science could be happening. In fact some of liquid made for tables will still caution to not use aluminum or other metals because of this reactivity. Be safe and stay healthy.
Great consolidation video! You rock this InstaTube business! I really appreciate your level of experience and efforts to do great quality without going overboard on minutae. Even though I still haven't cut my first piece (time, job, family, lame excuses etc.) I know that when that day finally happens, and it will, I will have you to thank for it. If you jump down into the description there is a link for the blade and the saw. It’s the Evolution 10” miter with a Diablo blade. Killer combo. I did a video on it to if you want to check it out. For the cost I can’t believe how much work I’ve gotten out of that saw and the blades LAST! 😉
