@@khangelwakhathi508 true which is why there is american spelling and british spelling. Also many countries that are forner colonies have strong connections to Britain(UK) and other colonial powers. We use british spelling here in jamaica such as colour vs american color or armour>armor We also say car bonnet and baby pram

Pram is short for "perambulator" from the word perambulate meaning to walk about. So stroller also makes a lot of sense. One might be tempted to say perambulator is the "posh" way of saying stroller 🤔

A truck is also a lorry here in South Africa, am I the only one who has heard that? My parents call it a lorry, and I do too. I feel like some words get lost/changed with generations.
I am American. Great video guys. I like the concept and how you format the video. - I say Standing in line. A queue is a list of videos you line up on a streaming service in the order that you plan to watch them. - I consider candy, chocolate, candy bars, cookies, cakes, pies, brownies, etc all types of sweets. -I am from Pittsburgh and a lot of people here pronounce it "Picksburg". -I say tennis shoes. Other Americans call them sneakers -I say pop, other Americans say soda or soft drink.

Sweets... include candy, cake, cookies, sweet breads and custard. Candy is a sugar based treat that can be hard, soft or chewy. Chocolate, fruits and caramel are included in that category. Just my American opinion.

Alda must have been Americanised, because it’s definitely a car bonnet in the UK. I don’t know why people react like it’s less logical than hood: both words are originally for head covering anyway.

5:02: That's amazing! South Ah is with Britain on "petrol station" instead of gas station and with American on the pronounciation on "garAge" opposing Britain's "gArage" and is the only one of the 3 that calls is a garage confusing both the others😂😂😂
We do call the garage and at the old school 1950s some cities in America call gas stations Also garage ....and yes they do do oil change and tire etc at many gas stations in America
