A person has been arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of three people in Harbor City and San Pedro in September, Los Angeles Police Department and city officials will announce on Thursday.
Omar Lewis reports for the KTLA 5 Morning News on Jan. 25, 2024.

No such thing as traveling freely. Everywhere you go, there is a person, animal or thing, preventing you from doing that. When I was young I didn't concern myself with dangerous places because I thought the harm only happened to somebody else. Now I regularly practice risk aversion
