Very clever but the YZ's lost all its character ...sorry, Im old school so insist on a 2T stroker for an MX bike , but then I'm old if it floats ya boat then hats off to you.
Thanks for the props.. I really enjoy riding these Electric MX bikes. My battery is an older battery, and needs retirement. I was able to get about 8-10 good laps when the battery was OK, then power drops off. I try to not ride it below 69V. But now with one cell group going low early, it got down to 70V after only 4-5 laps. But I still got 4 x 4-5 lap motos in yesterday, recharging between each moto. Cost : 20S12P Molicel P42A cells, 240 cells ($1200) ANT 500A Smart BMS ($150), Copper and waterjetting the pattern, $200, Labor $500-700 depending on shape. email me for some pics of how we are now building the batteries. doncox21@gmail.com
