Well, I've heard of people going back to physical releases because they got sick of having to pay for subscription services, so we'll see where that goes.
issue is, desktop cases rarely have the physical bay to install a disk drive. so if a desktop doesnt come with one a laptop definitely wont. It tbh doesnt make sense why they dont update the form factor when you look at the size of external bluray read and write drive. the bay literally has to be the thickness of a small hard drive and a little over the width of the disk.
Dude same. I'm at the point where I want to be able to upgrade to a laptop that's VR Ready but also has a disk drive, and unfortunately the two just barely don't intersect.

Yep, the worst thing about their videos is that we do have not enough. I from time to time rewatch the part where they had themselves as companions and Zach literally said the same line as the companion. I also enjoy a lot their Fallout 4 play, they will have more mods, more guns for Zach to go mad and ngl, the shit that happens to them in Fallout 4 is much more random and funny than new vegas.

I only deployed once but before and during I heard rumors of someone having a 1 terabyte external drive of porn that was passed around to anyone who "needed" it and some would add to the collection.
i got given a old acer laptop that had a disc drive first thing i did was open it and saw a copy of nfs prostreet dont know why they tried to run it cause it couldn't but hey free game
I also saved porn in floppy disks during college years, then upgrade to write-able cds. All those floppy disks are gone now but the cds still in my closet.
Depends on what you mean by disk drive compact disc or diskette because I have owned a laptop that had a diskette drive a three and a quarter floppy and a laptop that had a CD DVD God I'm old

@@demi-doll-animege-sama 8-bit desktop boards are simple enough that they can be repaired by somebody who isn't an actual genius the operating systems have literally no overhead, as few variables as possible and if the equipment you use doesn't need anything more powerful than that, then yeah makes perfect sense the components that wear out most often are just the simple ones that have exact modern replacements, too
I like the long form video style for these videos more, but I don’t mind these too bad, as long as only the short stories are here and they don’t get chopped up into bits
It’s funny because it’s STILL like that even today, I got out in 2021 and as I was I leaving I just rolled up to the barracks with an unmarked box with all my porn in it and handed it off to the guys in the platoon and left, and we usually keep physical copies because you can’t take phones to the field all the time so we keep physical stuff on hand as needed
Was in the Corps, can confirm the amount of porn traded, especially on deployment, was insane. I filled a 1tb hard drive with porn...do you have any idea how much porn that is? My laptop caught aids.
I remember finding my old laptop with a disc drive, it didn’t have porn, but it did have my blu-ray copy of Finding Nemo which had been missing for close to 5 years.
