[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] Large Cheese Chip.
A few months ago I made microwave feta chips and it made me wonder if I could do the same thing with cheddar cheese. This recipe only takes a few minutes, is pretty adaptable in terms of adding herbs and spices AND is even easier than the feta chips!
They taste like the best part of a grilled cheese sandwich - crispy, cheesy goodness!

INGREDIENTS:
Cheddar Cheese (approx 40g/1.4oz)
OPTIONAL: Herbs & Spices
METHOD:
1. Start by preparing a small plate - cut a piece of parchment paper the same thickness of your plate, fold it in half (lengthwise) and place it on your plate.
2. Cut 3 slices of cheddar cheese, medium thickness. Open the folded parchment paper and place the cheese slices in the middle slightly overlapping each other, add any optional herbs and spices, then fold the parchment paper back over again.
3. Microwave, on high, for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has spread, creating a web-like effect and is starting to brown.
4. Remove from the microwave and place the chip on a piece of kitchen towel to drain the grease. Leave to cool and enjoy!
