Maybe I just got lucky with the brand I bought but I got a wet type one and fully expected to still have to do added steps to mask any tastes or remove any smells but ended up surprised as they didn't have any weird tastes or smells and even texture. All I had to do was rinse and it was just the same as any noodle. I even tried eating one strand by itself before adding any sauces and there was nothing bad or even unusual about it.
Great video mate! Love how you took the time to do the research and break everything down. Personally I have noticed that when I get myself one of the single-use vapes (the ones for 700-12000 puffs) my ketones tend to drop and I’m kinda hungry, which doesn’t occur when I stick to my vape pen and liquid. I’m kinda sensitive to sweeteners that are not erythrytol however, so I guess that could be the reason for my issue.
I made this yesterday but added 1 TBS flour and whole milk, and baked it at 375F for 14 minutes. Super easy and delicious. Thanks again for sharing this recipe 😊
This is by far the best looking low carb pizza I've ever seen. When i try this I'm probably gonna fry the other side a little longer to see if i can get it to be a little crispier and be able to hold it with one hand (which is my ultimate low carb pizza test)
"NANA'S BOLOGNESE" in the description says it's private 😢I've been experimenting making my own Bolognese sauce, then I found the official Bologna recipe that's created by the Italian Cuisine Academy. They even keep the recipe in the Chamber of Commerce in Bologna. It's all taken really seriously! So I made a sauce based on those proportions... and realized OK this is how this is meant to be, it's miles nicer than my own recipes, where I was getting the amount of soffrito wrong putting too much in. Here's mine based on the official Bologna recipe. It makes 10 meals and if you have it with 60g pasta then each meal is 700 cals: 95g Extra Virgin Olive Oil 130g Chopped Red Onion 130g Chopped Carrot 130g Chopped Celery 7.7g Black Pepper 1011g Lean Mince Beef (From Butchers) 4.7% Fat 190g Beef Dripping 260g White Wine 500g Passata 20g Puree (+ 73g water) _(this equates to the required 592g Passata but saves opening a new carton)_ 260g Whole Milk 23g Chicken Oxo (3.2 Cubes) - Just use 3 Cubes. More can be added at the end if needed.
A little late to the party, but just tried these and they are delicious. I love the flavor of Lupin, so I switched to one cup lupin and half cup of almond flour. Yum. Will make these again and again! Thank you. Also, I didn't want to use up my butter so I used l/3 cup olive oil. Very flavorful and versatile recipe.
Thx for the feedback. Aussie here and where I am, it's not easily available... I do see that google says I can swap it out for coconut flour or psyllium husk in different recipes... I think that's the direction I'm going to go.
So, 10 days in with high ketone levels for the last three days are not something I shouldn’t be concerned about? This will eventually stabilize after a few more weeks?

Dawg this is a keto channel, is ur omitting carbs then unless ur body can't handle the fat in cream cheese u should be alr, saturated fat isn't bad for u. Unsaturated fat and carbs are but do ur own research cus I'm not an expert. (Sorry if my comment sounds harsh I don't mean it that way all I mean is kindness and respect) Tell me how it goes! 😄
