Large EPP Quad, Glow Props & UV LEDs 

When I built this quad several years ago, I did so to make it as efficient as I possibly could and it got about 9 minutes with a 2200mAh 3S lipo battery. I've not timed it with the lights but I'm sure it's less. The ducts actually reduce flight time by restricting air flow. However, the very light weight and the round tube booms the motors are mounted on aid in efficiency. Ideally, if you want high efficiency, you need props that are at the same ratio as 10x6 props, round tubes or tear drop shaped booms that are angled in the direction of air flow instead of the angle most are (back with a slight downward angle).
