Why not arrest them and make them do community service? It will fix all the problems. It will get them off the streets and get our city clean too.

Establish a designated homeless area so these people can go somewhere and put up their tents... give them their own space... get them off the streets. Better start enforcing something or else we're going to turn into Los Angeles.

They need to arrest these criminals and keep them in custody until they can pay for themselves. Make them work. Force them..

Majority don’t want the help. I don’t feel bad. Treat them like adults? They first need to act like adults. Take them to live in your back yard , B…… 😂

It’s one thing to sleep in the streets but when homeless start building forts and bringing tons of trash and scraps that’s when people start complaining

That’s when you start jailing them instead.

...until it's you because working 50+ hours just don't pay your bills because corporations just continue to jack up prices while paying you the same wage from the 90s then you'd be a activist even though that's just as useless as voting 😂

She’s right! Their adults and need to be treated like adults! Their giving a choice to go to a shelter or get a ticket! Sitting, camping in front of businesses is not an option! Taking drugs and being a bum is no longer a valid excuse! DO BETTER PEOPLE!

Theres a lot of wasted space in las vegas. Pick a areas, build mini house communities, and push resources into them. They have them in different states and it works very well.

Rents so over priced and rising each year . Shelters are dangerous . Streets are dangerous to for families living on the street . Businesses closing , build more housing allow pets over stadiums.

From what I hear, most homeless people aren’t interested in shelters or some type of community housing. Maybe I’m wrong.

It's not that it's the rules and regulations I was homeless once and they tried telling me I couldn't keep my dog which was the only reason I had to even live at that point and that if I wanted to be in a shelter I'd have to turn her over to animal control when she ate before I did and ate better then I did so I slept in the back of a truck for 3 months until I could afford to be somewhere with my bully pit

Homelessness is not A crime. Fewer jails, more shelters!

I seen some homeless well dressed. With expensive clothes asking for money. This people aren’t homeless they just don’t want to work or go to a shelter. We need to get all out. Make them do community service instead of. It will make our city clean and make them work too

I have been told by volunteers that older homeless men and women say shelters are too dangerous and full of bedbugs and lice. They are so afraid of being beaten and robbed that hiding outside is safer for them. Mentally ill people acting out or dope sick people in shelters that are physically sick makes shelters unsafe for everyone else. Also shelters make single people leave early in the morning and will not allow re-entry until late afternoon for a meal. Family shelters have different rules.

Good. Now when will these "homeless advocates" personally take in a homeless person for a month to help them get back on their feet? I'll wait. Same question goes for all of you folks who want to lobby for "homeless rights". Thank you in advance for your courteous and concise replies.

Don't feed the homeless, all this guy is doing is reinforcing them to depend on him for food. I understand people want to be kind and all, but they need to grow up and move on.
@EdwardLuigi
@EdwardLuigi День назад
You want results instead of people aren’t helping themselves then you need to forcibly get them off the streets and go into forced rehab behind bars and those that don’t want to be helped at all then they can stay in mental asylums.

@@EdwardLuigi The better question to the homeless advocates is, "If they care about them so much, why don't they open their homes to the homeless?" I find it hard to believe a person when they play keyboard warrior, but the same time, don't do anything for the homeless.

Both the City and the county need to use some of the huge sums of money they are collecting for these people and actually provide them with some mental health services. Putting these people in jail or giving them tickets means nothing. Expanding the mental health services for the city . Would be helpful for not just the homeless but our current population we have the worst mental health care in the country.
