Dozens of Las Vegas-area pets their owners paid to have cremated ended up dumped more than 100 miles away in rural Utah as the Nevada Attorney General’s Office appears to be looking into the now-closed business.
“The greatest potential fine is for littering”? What about FRAUD? Those pets belonged to people who signed contracts to have their pets remains cremated, but they were not!
@@Dreamsyouvageulyrember Better to have the victims file individually so these assholes will always have to continuously wonder when the next lawsuit might show up.
@@MG-pj2oonobody is denying pets are family but in the real world you and me live in, yes they are considered property. This is how the law works like it or not, even if you go to court or look up pet court cases they all say the samething you can only sue for very little so in the end it's not worth the time and money for court.
When my dog died from cancer it cost us 600€ to be cremated there's a lot of money in this industry so I'm not shocked to see evil people taking advantage of the owners... More strict regulations needed with regular inspections because this should also come under fraud/theft not just littering as they have taken money
Founding fathers: we just fought government tyranny. First order of business, poors can't vote. 150 years later: poors can now vote. Poors: we NEED daddy government in every inch of our lives. I need them to keep me safe ❤️
Lol you can't be a parent to a dog. That's a biological impossibility. People who pretend their dogs are children do so because no one wants to have real kid with them.
My wife and I are still devastated a year after putting our shitzu down due to brain tumors, I can't even imagine not getting her ashes back or not even getting them back at all... pets are family member's and should be treated as such . So sad for these people and pets 😢
@@pearlsswine yeah that’s why my golden retriever and my Siamese can alert when I’m about to have a cardiac episode because they are totally not intelligent sentient beings capable of saving our lives. Maybe you haven’t had an animal connection like that because you’re a horrible hateful person and they can sense that about you and don’t wanna get close to you but kind people with a good heart genuinely have really good experiences with animals animals and you can tell who the psychopaths are because like you they don’t like Animals.
@havsumora I don't think this is what was meant. They were just pointing out another avenue of concern. Vets could have used thier services. Terrible situation all around.😊
@@havsumorano, it's because the majority of pets that get cremated are done so via the veterinary office. They have large freezers that they store their clients pets in and they get picked up by The Cremation Services or driven there by somebody from the vet's office
I'm crying watching because I truly feel for these pets owners also losing my fur baby last April & he too had got cremated Send my condolences & best outcome for those affected and I'm sorry even though I play no part that this unimaginable situations took place 😔🕊️🐈🐕🙇🏾♀️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Amen
I lost my fluffy baby a year ago and I was devastated. Having her returned to me gave me a little comfort. This would probably killed me. I can only imagine the pain these pet parents are going through. This business owner and whoever helped them deserve sooo much more than a fine. I hope they experience only suffering for the rest of their lives.
The number of garbage, shady businesses out here is absolutely ridiculous. People have absolutely no integrity whatsoever today. It’s not about providing good customer service it’s about scammers, thieves and scumbags operating businesses to just steal money and rip people off
Id be so livid if this happened to me. A few years back our dog passed away and no one wanted to cremated and i was shocked i was like screw all of you ill pay for it myself. That was a member of the family and no way I'm just throwing her out like that.
Similar thing happened to me but we wanted our dog back, issue was no one but me had the money to get him cremated. I footed the bill so our lovely sweet boy could come home.
People who deal with grief situations like this should be held to certain standards by law the feeling that comes from thus situation is just not okay. It’s torture
Those are no just pets they are members of family They are like kids way better then kids What a mess up dude charge so much for it and dumping the ashes and the body of the member of family Come on We need justice for those cute little innocent angels
Right like how hard or overwhelming can it be, excluding emotionally ofc, but obviously that place had no empathy to begin with. Like literally one job to do, but you can’t teach someone morals.
I can not say how this should be handled because speaking the truth is forbidden on this platform. The owners are lucky they are still stealing air from the rest of us.
This is beyond heartbreaking 💔 this is the last loving act these people could manage for their beautiful animals, and to have received that call would have caused so much pain. Bless that woman for cremating those found remains she is a true Angel 😇 there are some people who will want to do something to right that pain. I hope people in her area see this and support her business. Love from Australia
I lost My dog aka my son this year after 14 years together. He was with me when I was barely a kid with my bf purchasing my own apartment for the first time and he died surrounded by me, my bf who is now my husband and our kids. I understand their pain. They are not just Pets. They are our family.
Imagine if a funeral home did this to our loved ones, there is no real difference as far as I am concerned between our beloved pets and humans. The same outrage should be applied, I understand not everyone loves animals but those of us who do adore them this is as horrific as finding our child or our mother just tossed to the side. Littering...what the actual fuck....
I saved up so much money and worked so hard to have my frogs cremated and out in a lovely yen together. Spending all that money just to not get their ashes back sounds like a nightmare.
Owners of this buisness .live across the street from me. Here on Vegas Dr. And sailor way. Their back yard is filled with freezer trailors full of dead pets. Over 6 trailors full of death. All unplugged freezers. Right here in a residential neighborhood. We that live near here. Cant figure out why our neighborhood is filled fly's. So many flies. And another hot summer is coming. And they have been there over 3yrs. You can see all the freezers right on Vegas Dr.
Omg I’m so tired of such selfish, self-serving jerks in this world. This is so heartbreaking. I don’t understand this kind of human that could do this to people. People who loved their pets so much and wanted to do right by their pet when they passed. I sometimes feel like I mistakenly ended up on this planet because I am sooooooo far removed from people like this; who could do something so horrific to others just to save a buck when their business was failing. Ugh. Makes me sick 🤢😓💔May the pets rest in heaven and may the pet owners find peace. 🕊
I still think it's weird that the local shelters dump the cremains in Lake Mead. I didn't know that was legal, but I was told they take all unclaimed ashes and dump them off the side of a boat.
Even if the business was overwhelmed they could have at least cremated multiple animals together. This would not have been the private cremations they likely paid for but at least they would have been cremated rather than dumped like garbage.
I think it is wrong but the decomposition is natural. It does not matter to the pet. They are dead. It matters to the person who loved them, trusted the company and paid for a svc. I am not sure how I would feel. The company needs to refund all these ppl. The littering fine is a joke.
These places should be frequently monitored and pet owners should be allowed to check their animal and then watch that their animals are being cremated and then watch as their animal’s ashes are being collected and put in a container. I know I would want to make sure that my animal was properly taken care of and that I got my animal’s ashes back.
That is just so cruel.. People genuinely love their pets, for some,.it's like a child to them. I have a close friend that would absolutely die if something tragic happened to her Owen, his name. I mean literally. Her heart couldn't take it. That dog is her world..just saying
I have four rescues. What I find strange is everyone is outraged about these pets, but what about all the thousands of dogs and counties murder and do what with? Thousands of sentient beings murdered and tossed aside. When are people going to start demanding that counties stop murdering healthy dogs and cats .
I had this exact fear...my cat died and I requested the ashes and paw print and gateway cremation gave me the certificate and everything but I couldn't help but be skeptical if I'd gotten his ashes for real...
