We were so glad to have that Luxor booking, we really didn't think we would have to use it, as we loved the location of the flamingo. The original plan was just to use it for the comps but we are so glad in the end we had it. Thanks for watching 🥰🥰

The room was SO much better in Luxor. We love Fremont and can't actually wait to get back there and stay for three nights next trip downtown. It should be a good time and we won't have 4 strong margaritas at the start of our day haha 😆😆. I'm looking forward to trying the carousel bar in the sunshine ☀️ ☺️ thanks for following guys

We now have a new LOVE for luxor especially after it saved us from the awful experience we had at the dirty bird 🦩. We've literally been having that conversation and we think that we are pretty much done with Caesar's now. The comps they offer us aren't great and the having to call down for a room clean is so behind the times. MGM just feels so much nicer for us. Thanks for stopping by the meet up it was great to meet both you and your dad. @@johngreene8464 Our luck was pretty poor for most of the week too however it might have slightly improved on the last night. I'd still rather have a week of poor slots in Vegas than a week of work back home haha 🤣🤣

Everyone has a different opinion when it comes to Caesars. I have been a loyal Caesars customer for almost 15 years, and have always had great customer service. All the rooms that I have had, whether it was at the Flamingo, Harrah's, PH, Paris, Caesars Palace, etc, have always been clean, and have never had any issues with wi-fi, housekeeping, etc. And not only in Vegas, but in Harrah's Southern California, Harrah's New Orleans, their Atlantic City properties, etc. I guess you really can't please everyone, but to me, Caesars is top notch. Or maybe I'm just not a complainer, especially when they comp me 7 nights for free, without any resort fees. Heading back to Vegas in March for another 7 night stay, this time at the Linq, in a King Suite, so don't expect any issues there as well.

It's definitely an inexpensive way to preload on drinks before hitting the casinos

We just love the different vibe downtown and really enjoy some of the bars there like whiskey liquor up and even just playing at the bar top in the downtown grand. I think as we go for longer trips its nice to break them up with a few days down town. It always as a special draw for us too as we spent our vow renewal day downtown.

Hey no not rude at all tipping is definitely a question we get asked about a lot as I think people are concerned they are doing too little or too much. So for example we tend to do 15-20% for things if the service is impeccable we have tipped as much as 25%. The flight was $59 and we tipped $10. We also tipped a dollar each for transferring them to, to go cups at the end. Drinks at bars we tend to tip $1-2 dollars per drink. Cocktail waitress at the slots we tip $5 dollars for the first drinks do she comes back, for both of us then sort of $3 dollars a round after. We explain our budget and how track it in the Day 8 video but basically we use an envelope method, were we each have envelopes for each day of the trip and we put $250 in for arrival and departure days and then $300 for the other full days, this is each. That amount covers our drinks meals and gambling, if we have any left over we roll that onto days we maybe know we are going for expensive dinners. We also bring a winnings envelope and put any wins we get on the slots in the winnings envelope to bring home. The only other costs we budget for is the rideshares and for that we load about £150 quid onto our Monzo cards as they don't charge currency exchange when we use them. This system works really well for us. Hope you have a fabulous trip

Actually love the Monzo trip that way I can just get the other 3 to all top up $50 each at the start and then just use that account for the buzzing around. Last question I promise lol, whats your thoughts on staying in 2 places? I'm super tempted to do the posh strip and then the circa as I think we will probs be more or a Downtown crowd in all truth but we really want to do the whole strip thing as well. I'm just torn because staying only at one place and taxis or splitting up the 5 nights. Thanks so much and thats my final question I promise 😃...

@@TheRileyShot we love to move hotels in our trips next trip we are doing 3 nights in vdara, 3 downtown and 3 in Bellagio. As you say that way we can embrace the strip but also enjoy what downtown has to offer for a few nights too. So yes definitely recommend it 😁😁😁

We can't use our data in the states as it's not included in our data plans. It's so expensive from the UK to use our data. The stay at luxor was a far superior stay for us, the bed was so comfy, the room was cleaned daily and it was just around for us a better experience on this occasion. Thanks for watching
