Crepes Lasagna

3 eggs
100 gr flour
250-300 gr milk

500 ml milk
45 grams of flour

first we cook the crepes.
3 eggs, salt, nutmeg, 100 grams of semolina flour if you want them softer or normal flour if you want them thinner.
Mix well and add 250 - 300 grams of milk depending on the size of the eggs you used.
Now use a 20-22 diameter non-stick pan to make the crepes. if you used semolina they have to cook more time at a lower temperature.
The filling for the crepes.
a little butter in the pan, diced ham 100 grams.
Add 2 vegetables you prefer, I used carrots and asparagus.
Cut everything into cubes and cook for 5 minutes. salt and pepper.
In a bowl, measure half a liter of cold milk and add 45 grams of plain flour or cornstarch. mix the flour and add to the vegetables.
In 3 minutes you will get a thick cream.
now add 250 grams of ricotta.
Now you can fill the crepes in the classic way or you can do like me and create a lasagna, watch the video carefully.
Add some cheese to the lasagna.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
