Recipe:
3 lbs of ground beef
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
half of a large onion
1 jar of Marinara sauce (I use Victoria Organics)
Water to boil
salt for taste
1 box of lasagna pasta
16 ounces of spinach
32 ounces of sour cream
Knorr
1 block of Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Never put spinach in my lasagna before but I'll definitely have to try that.. tho I usually use ricotta cheese or cottage cheese but I will try 16 oz of sour cream and 16 oz of ricotta mixed with the spinach. Btw your kitchen is beautiful!
