It does look like a fantastic laser especially with all the add ons. Having only bought my LP2 in October I can't justify the expense for this one as well and especially as they are bringing out the LX1 Great video Sarah. Take care. Cheers, Huw

Hello Sarah, can this machine engrave successfully car buttons? They usually are white plastic painted. I’m looking for a machine to implement on my car restoration business.

How loud does it run, louder than an inkjet or hoover?

I've actually ordered the LP4 with rotary and slide. Should be arriving in the next month (indiegogo batch 1). I'm looking forward to using it. But, I'm wondering if you know where a list of usable materials can be found. What hardness of rock can it safely etch? And, other such questions.

Hi, Well I received my LP4 on 9-10-23. I was really excited as I’m making sublimation tumblers and now want expand to laser technology for a more personal touch. I began testing and let me say it was easy to set up and use. Unfortunately it no longer works and the laser is stuck on the vertical position. I’ve tried everything possible to get information on trouble shooting the problem. Unfortunately there aren’t any articles from Laserpecker other than sales and set up. Their support group is really bad and I’m now waiting to hear from them. I just received 1 email to reply with some information of the unit ( model , software version , Firmware version and sales receipt) and so far that is it several days have passes and several request from me for resolution. So all I can do is wait and keep trying to reach someone at Laserpecker. Sorry I had to say something as I spend $2400 as I bought all the accessories now I’m stuck with a brand new lemon.
