Question: In treating one or several areas, does that somehow kickstart weight loss or elsewhere, or your metabolism, since your body fat (in other areas) were lowered? Question 2: if the fat cells are emptied, and they contain (among other things) estrogen, does your body flood with estrogen afterward?

I would like to disagree with one of your statements on your video maam (respectfully), Lawer lipo does hear up the internal temperature of the skin..so it would not be safe to use on type 2 Diabetic patients for example....or on blood thinners or taking steriods. In order to break up fat cells in that subcutaneous layer of the skin excitation and heating is necessary to do this....you might double check me and verify it by using an flir or no touch thermoter before you begin and then after you are about 3/4 of the way through the procedure take the temperature again....I googled it to be sure. and here is what is said....this was my question I googled "does laser lipo heat up the internal temperature of the skin?" and here is what is said,,,,"The paddles emit heat that penetrates your skin and heats up the fat cells underneath. The heat damages the membranes of the fat cells, so they start to die off. Your body then absorbs the dead cells." The reason I mention it maam is because I am treating a type 2 diabetic person at the moment and like you I did my research for contraindications before I even cosidered whether I would do it or not....and it said no heat of any kind to heat up the internal temperature of the dermis. The danger is creating hypo glycemia....so I did not personally go there, I do use LED red light, and near red light and infa red light which of course goes the deepest but does hot create that amount of heat to the dermis ,,,,,,,and from pubmed studies have shown that in type 2 diabetic patients that is restores cellular function and blood flow to the extremities that tend to be cold as well as help to promote healing in the wounds and ulcers they tend to get on their feet.....have a good weekend maam...and I mean no disrespect and enjoy your channel a lot....thank you....btw and actual cold laser is different...if you think about it how can it break up fat adipose tissue if it does not generate heat??? what do "lasers" do they convert electrical energy into heat.....a monochromic beam of light...

Question....I have a multi-function machine with two 360° cup shaped cryo handles, large and medium, each with flat and curved attachments and a chin mini handle. The machine also has 40k cavitation, 6 pole rf and the laser lipo, which you are showing in this video. I have done my research and come across two protocols for cryolipolysis which are very compelling- double stacking and heat contrast cryolipolysis. Double stacking is done by a Dr. Harrington on RU-vid. You apply two full cycles of cryo back to back with a massage in between on the same area. She only uses this in the core- abdomen, back fat, flanks, etc...never on extremities like arms, legs chin(she may overlap these areas, but never stack because it could cause contour deformities(dents and such). She can reduce the subcutaneous fat up to 60% from that one treatment session. Heat contrast cryolipolysis has been integrated into 2nd and 3rd generation cryo machines. They heat the fat up to 43°C for ten minutes, freeze the fat and then heat the fat again. It has been proven safe and more effective than just freezing alone. I am tempted to double stack my abdomen, flanks and back fat, but I am trying to figure out if I also need to heat again between the two stacked cycles( I am going to use rf for the bulk heating). The heating process also lessens frostbite and PAH. What do you think? I have read many clinical trials, academic papers and protocols on both of these types of cryo, but it is the one question I have been unable to find an answer for. What do you think? Also, what order would you do the laser lipo, cavitation, and or cryo? I am sure rf would be last, to tighten skin. If laser lipo puts little holes in fat cells, would it be best to do first, then cryo, then massage and cavitation and finally rf? I also have a rf microneedling machine, which I might use on body if I have skin laxity still after rf. My brain is hurting from too much information!

Is there a machine that does a good job for both? That machine in the back seems to do it all if I understood, and seems like this one does as well? I've never researched any of these.

This is not good for those with considerable amount of fat to remove. Laser Lipo works for those with a small amount of fat they want to get rid of.

Does that sound like an effective treatment plan for subcutaneous stomach fat or should I increase/decrease any? So far, the vacuum therapy is the one I dread the most - even with a suction of 7, release of 4 and the overall suction on about half - it pinches.
