Thanks for this educational video. It’s surprising that the lower number is more effective. I learned that a lot of the devices made for home use are usually 40K and higher, while the more professional machines are 30K and lower. Finally real info i can understand and use! Thank you for saving me research time. This year is a big birthday for me and im going to splurge on myself. I have just begun home rf on my face with the tripollar stop vx2, ive also been using the theradome light laser helmet to grow my hair!!! Technology at its best!!! Im probably going to get the unit with all the bells and whistles. I think the dedicated laser is great but i feel ill need the rf...thanks again.

Oh my goodness!!! So happy you did this video. I have the older machine and I thought it didn't work because of how I conducted my test. Good to know my machine is good. I want the 30k handle but not the whole machine. Do you know if they sell single use handle like some of the other companies? Maybe a plug in?

My question is about the 9 in 1 40k RF, cavitation, vacuum, lipo pads. This is the machine I have. When I unboxed the machine, there was a hole in the plastic in one of the lipo pads. Is that plastic supposed to be removed?

This is amazing, so in terms of the sound I have some clients that are extremely sensitive... Is there anything I can use to maybe block out the sound or make it lower for them or even make them listen to something else to block out the sound? Also you mentioned that some have long lasting sound effects even after the treatment.. What do you tell those clients to do to get rid of the sound that's lingering in their ear?

Hello, these are great questions. First if you have a 2.5 or 3.0 newer machine the sound is not as loud in the inner ear. Unfortunately, the sound is coming from the inside out so listening to music or something probably won't work. I have heard of some using a grounding mat, but there again I'm not sure if it would work. For the ringing or tinnitus that would be a question for a medical professional. Everyone reacts differently to cavitation, some it goes away immediately, but some have said it's permanent.

Hi and thanks for the video :) Not sure if I got that correctly sorry if not, just wanted to ask as you said at 10:59 and also before that radiofrequency gives off the heat but another channel I like to see tjTutorials for example once said that genuine RF machine handles shouldnt get hot, the heat is only produced when touching the skin and even showed it with a heat camera. So do you mean that this RF cavitation and RF only handles are hot to the touch due to the radiofrenquency or do you mean it gives off the heat when working on the skin?

@@KyongG1970 Sure, the S-Shape facial handles are stronger then the Aristorm. But, the Aristorm is very user friendly. It also comes with a manuel. Here is the difference in the strength of the facial handles: S-Shape 5Mhz AriStorm 10,000Hz If you are using it mostly for your body then the AriStorm would be the best choice. Hope this helps. Hi and thank you for the video. So my machine stopped working after 3 months. Now that I listened closely to this video I think I’m best with the 30k because I have lots of cellulite in my legs and bat wing arms. I didn’t really see much with the 40k. Hi, thanks for watching my videos. I am not sure which machines you are speaking of, but if it's the S-Shape there are three versions of it. All three have the same handle strength, the difference is in the laser lipo pads. The first has no laser lipo, the second has a 5mw laser lipo pad and the third has a strong laser lipo pad 160mw. I hope that helps. :)

Hi, the RF does not make the squeal, but with the newer cavitation, 2.5 handle it doesn't make the loud high pitch squeal. It's more of a buzz.

Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) The SD-45S2SBY or the S-Shape Pro is less expensive because of the laser lipo pads. The 5mw laser lipo is not at strong as the 160 laser lipo that the full size S-Shape. The results can be long term if you follow a healthy lifestyle. Like any type of cavitation or laser lipo the results very from person to person, but, the typical results are seen in about 2-6 weeks. If a part breaks you can order a replacement from the website. I do believe both machines are safe, but, you should do your research and be diligent about your own safety.

Hi! Do I have to hear the high pitch squeal only once or all the time to ensure that the machine is working properly? Second, do I have to heat it for both 40k and 80k machines or regarding the 80k it would be no sound at all? Or maybe the sound would be the same but much lower?!

The squeal is louder with the 40k and it will get louder the closer you are to bone or solid matter. You will hear some sound with any of them. You will get better results with what ever machine if you heat the area first.

Hi, I just finished a course with a Brazilian Esthetician Professor about High and Low Ultrasonic Cavitation. From what I understood, if you have little body fat, the 40k and under wouldn’t work very well in this case, as those machines reach deep and won’t disrupt the more superficial body fat. He suggested a 3 or 1 MHz for less dense body fat. I think those are ultrasound therapeutic machines. I can’t find anywhere to buy, here in the United States, machines with these frequencies that are used for aesthetics purposes. In Brazil they make those machines with combination treatments (RF, Micro-current, etc) , but they don’t ship them here. Do you know why MyChi don’t have machines with 3mhz or 1mhz ultrasound waves?

Hi Suzette, I have breast implants and I still used both machines. Some manufactures state not to use if you have breast implants and other state it's okay to use. Cavitation machines have advanced a lot over the last year or so. If you purchase a 2.5 model or higher the ringing in the inner ear is not as bad as the 2.0 models. Thanks for watching my video. :)

Hello I have a question! I just bought my second machine, now the difference with this machine this one is a Kim eight and when I use the ultrasonic cavitation it leaves a sharp tingling when the buzz goes off on my skin , my first machine doesn’t feel that way! I got a 40k off Amazon. It was about $500. That was the most I could afford. I’ve done 2 sessions but haven’t noticed anything. I’m going to keep using it but I don’t have high hopes. I couldn’t afford the s shape.
