In this video we install switchback foglights for the FK7. You will see an unboxing, installation and a before and after.
Installation for these foglights should take no longer than 15 min on each side and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIFT VEHICLE for the installation. I had to do it so I can get a clear video for you guys. But these foglights are well worth the money. Nice and bright and it switches color. 100x better than the stock halogen bulbs!

I’ve been debating the switchbacks.... I have white led on my fogs right now with yellow laminx overlay but it’s not yellow enough for me. Your helper made this video extra fun to watch 😇😇

ProTip, to access your 10th gen hatch foglights, just remove the front "fake" vent garnishes.

Is there a way to remove the actual round fog light plastic part from the bottom ? Or would I have to remove the whole front of the car to access that? I have a Angel eye fog lights and it’s the whole fog lights not just the light replacement

The lighting afterwards looks super killer I love it, now I’m planning on using these too for my Civic and wanted to know exactly what steps to take and do for the extra piece that’s hanging after installing the fog lights. Can you just set it aside and tuck it in with some zip-tie locks? Thnx again duder.

You can use double sided tape and stick it in somewhere. Or what I used is zip ties. I found a hole where I can insert the zip ties and it keeps the fog light adapter to the side.

Hi Chris, any issue with the switchback since you installed them? I saw one on youtube about switchback if you flash your headlight hi and low several times the switchback gets unequal color. 1 will be white and the other 1 will be yellow. Have you encountered this? Hope you can help me with my concern. Thanks.

There is a way but I think that depends if your headunit has the input for the side camera or not which you could always replace anyways And I’ve seen the camera and assembly for sale

Chris I bought my 2021 Civic Sport Hatch in September of 2020 and I plan on doing some of the same mods but I'm waiting to get started until at least my first service/oil change. My car is the exact same with CVT just in the sonic grey color so I really enjoy watching you do them first as opposed to some channels or videos that are on how to install on a variety of cars or trims. I like seeing 100% compatibility and what to expect. Please tell me you plan on getting the k-tuner v2? LEDs and intake will be first but I cannot wait to k-tune gently once I'm confident that the car is solid before I probably void my warranty. Especially because it's a CVT. Even though it's the best CVT I've ever experienced and I know it has limitations of how much power it can handle I want to trust that it's at least a perfect example off the assembly line. One more question, do you know if it's possible to fully disable the traction control like I've seen in other videos saying that it applies to 2016 to 2021 Civic 1.5 Turbo? It's a pretty ridiculous process of turning off and on the vehicle stability assist, then with the e-brake engaged, then while holding the brake and so on but in the videos I watched, the car didn't have the collision braking mitigation button like ours does and for the life of me I can't get to the end result of the vsta off light on solid and a flashing traction control light to indicate that it's fully disabled. I'm wondering if maybe it's not possible because of the Honda Assist feature set being standard on all the 21 Civics.

I am most definitely going to tune this car. But just like you, I want to make sure that this car isn't a lemon. Which so far, it's great. So I'm confident that it will handle the tune. But the K tuner is probably going to be one of the last things I do. The way I turn off traction control is if you press and hold the traction button until it dis engages like on my (Driving in the snow part 2 video) I turn off traction control to let the tires spin freely. As far as the collision mitigation it come standard on the 2021 As well as the automatic cruise control and lane keep assit. (Honda sensing)

@@chris_timefk8 Awesome! I can't wait to see you do it. I hear you though, it'll be one of the last things I do probably and I'll get bolt ons that don't require a tune. It will unlock a lot of power alone. And Honda Hack? I'm on the fence about that one. To see my confusion about "fully disable traction control " check out the blog post and video on 27won's website. I might be over thinking it or our cars are slightly different.

I've got my eyes on the Borla Type S exhaust. I also don't want the raspy sound. But so far from what I've heard, it's a nice sounding exhaust for this car.

You turn your fogs off then switch them back on to change from LED white to LED yellow.

Are u gonna peel out that yellow tint on ur foglight lens? Bc it doesn't make sense to get these if u only can see yellow haha

Ones kind of a light yellow. And the other is a dark yellow. Once it gets warm I'll peel off the fog light covers to see the true colors of the switchbacks.
