Another great video! After being fortunate enough to retire a little early, my wife and I found that your trips, hikes and information provided us with a new love of exploring and visiting our National Parks. A year ago, you provided me through your reply, the information needed to tour the Red Mountains in Ouray Colorado. At that time I asked for the same tour that Randy of Americas Parks had taken. They provided me with a great trip! So much so, that I went back again this year for another Jeep trip! This time taking two more family members along! Goes to show that your videos, your work, and your commitment to helping families absolutely change lives. Whatever your future brings, I pray God blesses you and your family with good health in the days ahead. Thank you so much for literally changing my life.
Wow, Bill! Those words from your genuine heart really made my day! I am so encouraged to learn how the Lord has used the channel to bless your life and the lives of your loved ones!
Randy, I’ve loved your videos for years and they have encouraged me to get out and enjoy the great outdoors more. Recently I’ve stumbled upon your church channel and listened to you preach. It was a great blessing to me. I pray the Lord would continue to use you mightily for His glory and His kingdom! You have a gift with teaching complex truth in practical easy to understand ways. Hope to see you on the trails! God bless. -Max from the Pacific Northwest
Hey Max, couldn't ask for greater encouragement than that! Thanks for the prayers and kind words. May the Lord bless your 2023 with great fruitfulness for His glory. Would be honored to meet you one of these days.
Thank you Randy, this was such a beautiful and relaxing video. I can't wait to see what you have planned for 2023. Your videos are the Best !! God Bless you and your lovely family. Robin 🙏🙏
Randy, So much gratitude for you and your amazing family for all the adventures, advice, and inspiration. Congrats on 7 wonderful seasons and for more adventures yet to come. Knowing that you take the time to reply to every comment is just one of many reasons why I admire you so much. While I never expect one in return, your replies are always received with appreciation. Much love to you and yours, dear friend
Well that was a nice video to close out season 7! Looking forward to season 8 Pretty cool they let you go in the basement and check out how everything is made. Love those beautiful Vermont fall colors 🍁
Hi Randy, new subscriber, just found your site while watching another like series. You are doing a professional job at this, so enjoyable to watch, have been binge watching this week. I also do landscape photography and also use a drone, I can see the great job you are doing. Keep up the great work and God Bless you ever so much for your great Christ based show. Also like your background music choices. When you did the Blue Ridge Prkwy you where 10 miles from here in Staunton, I get to enjoy it all year. Have a blessed New Year.
Hey John, really encouraged by your kind words, brother! It's been a great journey - thankful to the Lord and hope He is honored in all of it! Have a blessed Christmas!
This was a lovely tour of the trails and area around White Rocks. I was really looking forward to this “part 2”. Your ‘one-on-one’ was bittersweet… reflecting on such wonderful trips this year (and the past years!), remembering all the sights and sounds shared with your daughters, and now thinking about future trips and experiences to share with Shane and Julie! May you and your wonderful family continue to be blessed with good health, travel opportunities, and the abundant joy of the Lord! You ARE appreciated 😊 Take care always, my friend!
Hey Randy, another great video! I have to thank you for a previous response to one of my comments. I asked you for info on what to see in Death Valley...got there while in Vegas for Thanksgiving visiting friends. Your advice was spot on!
The sounds of water flowing under the boulders field is so musical man cannot reproduce. Delightful! The aroma in that sugar house must be amazing! I just have to try that maple cream ice cream! (Followed by a hike to “walk it off.” 😉 The vistas are stunning. God reveals Himself in the natural world He gave us. Thank you for a great season 7!
Really enjoyed this series and the whole season of videos this year. Can't wait to see where you'll go next year. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving and wishing you all a blessed Christmas season.
Thank you my dear brother! Same to your family as well! I still have about 8 videos to upload from last year. Looking at Alaska with my wife in 2023 if the Lord permits.
I've been binge-watching all your videos (I found you from the Half Dome video) and you have inspired me to go on some more challenging hikes because I always stick to the mild-moderate ones! Thank you for the inspiration, you are a great role model to your real-life family and your RU-vid fam! 💟
I Love food! I can not imagine life with out food. Ice cream is my favorite. Do you suppose in our new life we will still need to eat to have nourishment and for the enjoyment of time? Fish was the food the disciples gave to a post-resurrection, Jesus when he asked for something to eat. Randy is awesome, I love your smile and brightness of life you bring.
Appreciate your encouragement and love for the Lord! Yes, we know the tree of life will be in the new heavens and new earth. Much of what we enjoy now is a small foretaste of the world to come for those who love Jesus.
Thank you for sharing all of your beautiful adventures, especially the ones with your family. Really enjoyed all of you. Look forward to seeing you again🔆
Newish subscriber here. Thanks for taking us on these journeys with you and your family. I love seeing new videos. It's also a treat to see you visit places I've already experienced. Get some rest! New season will be here before you know it. Hope can visit us down here in Georgia. Lots of things to see!
Gorgeous drone footage! Oh my, fall in New England was so incredible! Love your nostalgia - it’s good to think back on things as well as look forward. Looking forward to more Shane 😜
another great day in VT! bees in the store, that is a new one. Some day you may just plain have too many comments to answer but the little heart button that says you saw it is a good substitute/ most people don't leave comments so for now we all get the bonus of conversing with you. Those rock piles are getting out of hand in a lot of places/ i get it, the "thing to do" at certain places but ultimately it is graffiti. "i was here" /. Death Valley people do that at the end of mosaic canyon, the Rangers and others knock them down because it is taking you out of nature to see all those man made piles. Awesome views, great hike and times in the woods thanks for taking us with you
Really nice patches of color! It's a wonderful time of year to explore and travel. You don't see hard tacos much at taco spots. Very interesting! The cairn garden was something unique wasn't it. With the drones shots you get a really good understanding why this is the white rock district.
You did a lot in this video! All the hikes were beautiful! The taco, donuts, and ice cream all looked amazing. I really appreciate you showing us this beautiful state. I look forward to your upcoming adventures in 2023.
That was some good jerky Randy...thank you again! Maple-garlic is a great combination and is highly recommended if any of you find yourselves in Proctorsville, VT.
Hey Jerry, it was a great trip! Glad you enjoyed the two VT videos. Happy with both of them... think the first one was a little better. Have a blessed Christmas!
The mountains of Vermont are so lovely in the autumn. We have journeyed through a few times and always been enthralled. We did a walk on Mount Mansfield (largely because we live a few miles from Mansfield in England) and were rewarded with stunning views. Your walks are always interesting to follow and on this occasion a bit more accessible to us oldies.
The Appalachian Trail you were on is also the Long Trail from the Mass. border to Killington where the Long Trail heads north to the Canadian Border and the AT turns east towards the Connecticut River and thence to Whie Mountains .
Appreciate the insight, Robert. Was fascinated by the VT trail system and did some more research on it when I returned. Also learned the LT is the oldest long-distance trail in the United States. Really cool!
@@AmericasParks Thanks Randy! Still moving kind of slow on it....just following the light on the path. Not sure exactly where it will lead, but a journey of faith is sometimes more interesting that the final destination.
What’s your feelings on the National Parks new stance on filming within the parks? Are you going to start filing for permits or consider it a first amendment right? Pretty messed up if you ask me. Anyways big fan of your channel, when I read the news I immediately thought of your channel. Looking forward to your future endeavors.
Appreciate the comment. Yeah, disappointing news. Based upon the NPS and the courts, the position keeps changing. Even the interpretation of commercial use is open for varied interpretations. Overall, do my best to follow the rules.
I was there on October 3. When I need to book a trip in advance, it's tough to hit the colors just right. I was probably 7-10 days before peak colors. Still really beautiful!
