Thank you so much for the picture and I just want to tell you that your videos helped get me through the darkest times of the pandemic so thank you so much for all your work and running into you there was the highlight of my trip!
I remember visiting this location as a child. Getting to see this video brought back many memories. Thank you for the tour! :) Your video was a delightful watch. 😊
I haven't been there in years and they actually changed a lot in there. The exhibit with the man who was impaled by the spiked fence was always creepy.
In case you didn’t know, this weekend is an event called Automotion, main car show is at Mt Olympus, but that’s why there is an abundance of modified cars going by on the main strip, basically becomes a full on car take over for the weekend!
Where's Jen ?? If you're still in the Dells be sure to try macs Mac n cheese and the original monks bar n grill also paul bunyons cook shanty and lumber jack shows there's a hot dog restaurant too that's super good Mr pancake for breakfast you'll love !! Tommy Bartletts interactive museum is fun and wally world is old school bizarre . Lol just a few things to see and go eat !!
I've been there twice. The first time, summer of 2021. I was in there for about 20 minutes, not very far along, when a fire broke out on the second level. Everyone had to evacuate. They got it out quickly with little to no damage, but I was unable to get back in. Then, last year I returned. They were in the middle of moving so several exhibits were unavailable, but I did see a lot of them. Maybe I'll get a chance to get back to see the new one some day.
Brings back memories… we were there 5 years ago on our last vacation as a family of 4. We’ve since welcomed our youngest. They sure have added a whole lot, or maybe because we came with 2 under 10 we missed a bunch 🤣 Anyways, happy thanksgiving Jacob. Thanks for the videos
Actually it was the Oddfellows that use a skeleton in their ritual. I'm a 32nd degree mason and I can confidently say there are no skeletons in our degree work. Love your channel. 🙏😊
I have been in there a few times. Last time I went there I found a book in the gifts shop called "haunted Wisconsin dells and Baraboo" in the book it said that Ripley's is haunted which makes sense since they have human remains on display.
Hello carpetbagger, I was wounding how long your going to be in the dells. If your there for a little longer you should try to go to Noah’s ark water park it’s the largest outdoor waterpark in America I’ve been going there sense I was less than a year old, it’s my favorite water park in the world and it’s really cool you should try to go there sometime. It’s just up the road from the adventure zip line place next to the go kart track it’s pretty hard to miss
It's interesting that they're moving into the Wizard's Quest building...I'm not sure it's much bigger than where they currently are, but maybe it is. The last time I was at Wizard's Quest in 2019 they said they were making a brand new location from the ground up. Has any one heard any updates on that?
That guy's head, chopped in half...is still....too morbid to be there. That's a bit...gruesome to say the least. Not to mention, I don't think kids, would not like to see this much. Yeeeaah. Not really. But, it is a fun tour of the place, before it moves. I am glad you caught the opportunity to do so! Fun! Surprised, they do not have a thing on bigfoot though. lol
Please tell me,, after this you are coming to Oshkosh. You can take Hwy 12 to the interstate eventually find yourself to Montelllo to Princeton. In Princeton you will find Chief's Trading Post on HWY 73, you will LOVE it!! They have all these metal statues that are just so fun to see! In Oshkosh there is the EAA Museum (Experimental Aircraft Association) . There is also the Oshkosh Public Museum, there you can see the Apostle's Clock. This is right up your alley a clock that on the hour goes off. All of the apostle's go past Jesus and then Judas comes and he looks away. It is all manual and was built in 1895 and still runs beautifully. There are actually a lot of taxidermy animals there too that you would like. Then, you should also visit the two M. Schettl Freight Sales. They are a place that has gathered HUGE statues from former businesses and they sit all over their "yard". Inside one of them there are tons of old "scenes" done with manikins and they sell a lot of odds and ends. Then you could go to the Houdini Museum in Appleton. Also, you really should go up to Green Bay and see the Bay Beach Amusement Park. It is a a small old time Amusement Park with a slide, train, roller coaster, bumper cars etc that was established in 1892. Don't miss out! :-) My son and I stopped to see you in Pigeon Forge and told you, you should come. :-)
