very enjoyable series of videos doing the lake and duck pond.. your property has become a thing of beauty and I look forward to seeing your future projects.. thanks for sharing Brian
These have been some enjoyable videos to watch, great job giving us the owners “take” on things! Good luck with your future endeavors and I hope you generate some you tube jingle from this! Hey everyone give the young veteran a like and subscribe!
Brian, it's been great to watch you and Chris work together on this project. But, like a good book this has come to an end. Time to to start a new book. I hope that it's as interesting as this one.😅
Looking forward to seeing you moving all the topsoil from the dam and pond to it's final destination on the property. Don't put dye in your pond/lake leave it natural, the fish and turtles will appreciate it I'm sure. Great content, keep up the great work.
Great job Brian, Chris did a ripper job. I reckon that truck must of shrunk with all the washes 😂 you will have a fabulous property I. A year or so once the grass grows Enjoy 👍👍
I don't know if I would put pond dye in your lake. I think it would look good without it. Anyway, I enjoyed watching the pond come together and I can't wait to see when the water starts flowing out of the overflow.
What do I know 😆 but I don’t like that culvert pipe being there ,, That seems like a easy, clear path for water to end up in that guys back yard & at worse ,, into his house ,, Sure would be sweet if you could get your hands on a bucket for your excavator 😎 Oh ,, you need to do a service on your dozer 😎 you gots a bunch of dirt to spread 😆😆
I think you should have made some additional waterfront building lots instead of excavating the cove. Selling them would have paid for this whole project plus some.
He has said repeatedly that he does not want to, absolutely will not, subdivide. It’s his dream property, and he wants to keep it. He’s had several offers, not interested. He said a day or two ago, no amount of money would be worth it.
