My last day of active duty was 3 days ago, and now McKenna is starting her time on active duty! It’s so cool seeing her excitement because that’s exactly how I felt 4 years ago. McKenna is going to do great!

i just graduated from the 331st a couple weeks ago. they just picked up new trainees on tuesday so i think that’s where she went! good luck, it’s a long 8 weeks.

@@AirmanVision I was 331st as well and to be honest... I gotta agree with 33worst. We were absolute screw ups lmao. Especially my flight (flight 69). But we tried, we had fun, and we all got through it despite the extra bit of drama lol.

omg makenna is always the GOAT. She literally recorded her entire journey up until she was going down those escalators. I know she says she wasn’t nervous but I wouldnt have been thinking about vlogging during that huge shift in life. YOU GO GIRL ❤️

Good luck and congrats again! I know the feeling, I wanted to join since I was 3 and be like my dad, and 33 years later I finally got to enlist! I went to BMT this past Sept (3 weeks after my 36th bday) and currently at my FDS, so you'll be fine!!!! Have fun!!!!!

I'm here in San Antonio rn for security forces tech school. I got one more week to go. bmt is pretty simple and watered down nowadays. doesn't seem like it used to be

i still remember USAF bootcamp like it was yesterday. It was easy for me because i was in a military marching band in high school, i was playing 4 sports also and my parents were very strict with my dad in my face at times....so it was smooth ride for me. they will just play mind games with you.

We use google photos so as soon as we take pictures or videos it goes to the cloud for google photos. I download them and edit them on the computer. Makenna won't be editing videos until after tech school. She will shoot them, upload them to the cloud and I'll download them, edit, and upload them. Teamwork :)

I wonder what base she will be stationed at once she is permanent party. I’m stationed at Minot but I’m currently on a deployment in Qatar. Anyways, as long as she has the right mindset everything else will follow through, she’ll do great I’m sure of it!

Dying to hear how your experience is/was in positions of responsibility, and the military judo each Airman needs to learn in order to dodge the attention of any TI or Airman over you. Lets hope Kyle didn't rub off on you the wrong way for BMT. Its best not to know anyone, so those airmen realize they (we) were at bottom of the barrel & subject to the wrath of any TI.

No you're not. haha. They take your phone. but all this was recorded before BMT and we use google photos so it was uploaded to the cloud so I could download, edit, and upload it.

There is NO joy and excitement during BMT, if that's present, BMT fails you. Its critical to always be on edge, because that is the basis of the responsibility required in the operational Air Force.

I edited/posted it. Her husband and the one who created this channel back in 2012 when I was joining the Air Force. Haha. We us google photos so it uploads it to the cloud after we record/take pictures. I’m at home and download it and edit/post it. Team work 🤟🏼
