@@panampizzaman7011 Why? Because longevity comes 2nd to winning in pro sports. I’m all for long term health, but if Auden can’t compete with the likes of James (an inexperienced arm wrestler) then it is going to be very difficult for him to make a living in the sport. I’m glad he’s natty at 19, but if he can’t win at this level he’ll have some decisions to make in the coming years.

I understand that all these talk is for the excitement of the sport and I even see you quickly congratulating James and saying wonderful things about him after the match. That shows your personality. Don't ever let any negative comments from social media deter you, we all know hateful comments in social media are mostly from 'kids'/people who have achieved nothing in their lives, hiding behind their keyboards and being jealous of others while quick to point out others flaws. All thrash and mean nothing! Just listen to your father, thats all you need.

Good luck dude! Gained a ton of weight the last years, good ammount of strength too and had the best teacher, you are doing great win or lose. The only area were you might be behind is taking a silly ammount of PEDs and thats a very hard and personal decision that nowadays every AW who wants to be elite has to answer for themselves...

I fell for the bulking meme too. I felt embarrassed gaining so much fat, especially since I was always known as a perfect lean mesomorph. Its terrible for the nervous system, health, everything. Do not eat more than what your body can handle. Auden turned into a lard joke eating poisoned canadian food like I did. I can see the tiredness in his eyes, the same that I gained. I lost it in a few months though, and he can do the same and recover back his health and vigor. Hate people who mislead. Muhh eat big. Lol. What a scam that was.
