LAST RETCH - Guitarist John Russell on the importance of album art, and why death metal still rules 

Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Last Retch are as grimy and heavy a death metal outfit as they come. They went straight for the jugular with the cover for their debut full length, Sadism and Severed Heads, tapping legendary Italian painter Paolo Girardi. They are not looking back with a new EP on the way via CDN Records, featuring some very cool art by Julian Mora Ibanez, so keep an ear and an eye out for one of the heaviest bands in the Hammer, they're just getting going!
