That actually makes a ton of sense. The real reason they never caught Jack the Ripper is because as soon as the inspectors got too close, Lazlo shifted into his alter ego Jackie Daytona to throw them off the trail.
The thing about Matt berry’s hilarious Pronunciation is that he really knows how to use it sparingly but so effectively. He always throws them in when you’re not expecting it and he doesn’t do it like every other sentence which would get old pretty quick. And I think it’s the fact that laszlo is comparatively slightly less goofy than nandor and Nadja, or at least he likes to act like he is, and he has such a proper English accent, that when he suddenly throws in such a weird word out of left field it catches you totally off guard and it makes it so much funnier lmao. That and they sound fairly natural, they’re not over emphasized or forced.
Matt Berry is just a delight in everything he’s in. I especially love his introduction in The IT Crowd. FAAAATTTTTHHHHEEEEERRRRR!!!! Unhand me, priest!
I wonder if his sunscreen invention will have any relevance in coming seasons. Also, I thought it was really fun how excited he got when he was experimenting on Gizmo

The beach scene reminds me of a few years ago being on holiday in the Hebrides, smashed on acid, joined some lads playing cricket on the beach. First bowl I smacked it into the ocean as far as I could, burst out laughing, moved on. No friends were made. A good time was had by me.
Ive been a fan of Matt Berry for as long as i can remember. Used to watch Mighty Boosh as a kid, then Snuff Box. Theres no other man like him. I would reccomend checking out his music as well hes a fantastic musician.
I just started watching this show and I absolutely lost it when he confessed to being jack the ripper, the vulva garden, and the “NANDOOOORRR THERE IS A FUCKING GHOST ON THE FRONT LAWN.”
