Its that time of year when the speckled trout bite is really starting to take off in Hampton Roads, but specifically in the Elizabeth River. This video was my first time out for trout all year, which landed some real nice quality specs to start off the season for me. The bite is getting better and better by the day and Im looking forward to the gators to start moving in.
