so that took like 30 seconds, what I was shown is foam until warm then drop down and heat until you can't touch the pitcher, takes way longer than that and I can't get anything but foam, no art
Am I the only one who has been taught that hitting it against the counter to remove bubbles is bad because its separating the milk and the foam and removes precious micro bubbles? Just swirl it around and the big bubbles will disappear. It triggers me seeing everyone hit it against the counter 😂
This was very helpful! I'm working on the texturing and can't get a proper viewing angle at work when watching experienced baristas. The over-head view is what I've been looking for!
hi Mathew for latte u need to make pis pis sound 2 to 3 times for cappuccino 4 to 5 times. also stretch the milk before its get start to warm (40 degrees ) otherwise hard to settle the bubbles . let me know if you have any other question .
