Laura Rasines, 41, from Spain shares her Chronic Lyme & severe chronic fatigue recovery story. At 34, she became bedbound and wheelchair bound after a series of hits to her immune and nervous system. What a great interview! Thanks to you both for taking the time to do this. I always love hearing what people are up to after recovery; it's nice to hear that Laura is able to live life on her terms now! Definitely inspiring for those of us who are still dreaming :)

13:10 feel my emotions and integrate them. How you can feel if you have CFS/ME Yes yes I know you can feel, but you feel emotions from CFS/ME state and you go integret CFS/ME emotions. Now I understand why I din't like none of recovery story's, but without them I would never make it back, they give me hope.🙏

fantastic interview - loved it - have you heard anyone heal from vax injury this way ? mind body work ? ive had an injury for 2 years now - severe neuropathy

and during a 5 minute or 10 minute walk when I feel tired? I must calm my nervous system. showing that everything is ok. should I do visualizations after the walk
