Boa tarde! Alguns componentes foram isolados sim! Onde possui fusíveis, retirei o módulo e tampei o conector, e todos os conectores que ficaram expostos (painel, botões do de partida, setas etc..) e depois é bom passar um jato de ar com compressor ou deixar no sol para secar e não ficar humidade nos conectores. To go up the 5cm I would recommend that you remove the handlebar and lengthen it, then just make the fixing hole again the same as what already exists and I believe it would solve your problem. The only thing that could get a little ugly would be after assembling the fairings, it would have a large span in the handlebar/panel fairing, but if it doesn't bother you there's no problem at all!
