I love Rachel Khoo ‘s simplified approachable French recipes! I have your book Rachel ( The Little Paris Kitchen hardcover ) and am enjoying and excited to try your recipes.. I give you so much credit on how you managed to do all you have done in your young life .. Keep up the good work and you have thousands or should I say millions of fans and I am one of them .. I live in the US eastern state of New Jersey .. where I live we do not have many if any French restaurants.. we do have a sumptuous French bakery to die for ! Viva Rachel !!
2 tsp - Lavender (sweet for cooking) Zest of lemon Leaves of 2 Thyme sprigs 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp good honey (or lavender honey) Juice of half a lemon Pinch of salt 1 chicken Method: Add all marinade into bowl with chicken and then cover bowl with cling wrap and re-fridgerate for a 2 hrs. Preheat oven and then cook at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. If chicken browns too quick cover with foil. Turn chicken at half way through cook time. Serve with bread, potatoes salad and light veg.
